dyjhiw you are trying to sort out colour schemes etc for decorating with hubby and hes really pissing you off!

Just tell him what you want, thats what i do.
 
Having your boyfriend off at half term makes your exercise routine harder to follow, he said he was going to try and do more in the holidays and so far has done nothing, yet seems to expect me to rush about getting ready when actually I'm going to relax while my breakfast settles before going on the crosstrainer, I already missed Mondays session, so Tuesday - Friday I will do it.

DYJHIW you were planning on a serious chilled out day and night and have ended up clearing out the last of your old room at your parents' house and bringing yet MORE boxes to your new house to unpack!

fine, I just ate food at a kids party and don't even know why, it was just there so I ate. I could have eaten more and did stop myself at one point so I suppose it could have been worse. I had two jam sandwiches, some little sausages and a sausage roll though so enough :/

On another thread somebody said instead of thinking in days, eg today I will be 100% think about it in hours, now I've tried that this week. I tend to have a glass of wine in the eves, which isn't too bad, but I have a few on a Saturday with chocolate, so on Sunday I thought I'd like a glass of wine, but made myself wait until the next hour, then made myself wait another hour, & it worked, so I tried it on Monday night just for fun & it worked again. But I'm not trying it tonight as I am having a glass of wine:D

I know it's too late now, but could you have put a alpen light or similar in your bag for a healthly snack.

I wasn't even hungry to be fair, I just ate it because it was there. I normally manage so well in those situations so don't know what was wrong with me. I'll be okay, just more annoyed with myself.

Yeah next time I will take some fruit just in case I start thinking of picking, but hopefully I can be strong again.

i know exactly what you mean hun, u jjust sort of mindlessly eat it because its there - been there done that - and afterwards youre just feeling really annoyed at yourself, but thinik about it, before you started slimming world you probably would have just carried on eating and eating (hope u dont take offence, just what i would have been like!)
well done for finding some restraint, and tommorow is a new day xxxxx
