DYJHIW.....you've driven a 30 mile round trip, in the pouring rain, to see a consultant, paid over 2 pounds for the pleasure of parking, waited 2 hours 10 minutes past your appointment time, just to be told he'd no idea why I had been asked to see him, as I had been referred on to someone else!!! Not happy!
