We've been to Olympia, it's amazing, I love anything like that, I found it just mind boggling that after all that time it could still be here, we had a guide & they told us all about the monuments & everything about Olympia. We'd also like to go to Phillipi, we're hoping to go back to Thassos next year & if we do we'll take a trip to Phillipi.

I've been before but OH and DD haven't. We have a site an hour from us called Ancient Messini and it knocks spots off Olympia, the stadium there is truly breathtaking. If you're ever back in the Peloponnese check it out.

Oh I'll make a note of Ancient Messini and put it on my 'too see list'

India on Friday, yay, just 3.5 working days left, I'm finishing at noon on Thursday, home for lunch with OH then off to my friends wedding. She is getting married in Manchester so we're staying at the Raddison Blu Thursday night which apparently is minutes from the airport. We wouldn't normally stay at a hotel before a night/early morn flight so it's something new & I'm looking forward to that as well.

Thank you, if I can work it out I want to do what Jezza did & have a holiday diary. Last time we went I tried something different to eat every day & I'm hoping to do the same & if I do sort it out I'll post pics of my food & maybe the holiday as well. Very excited, today the Indian Times had a report on the opening of the IPL which sounded amazing, I so want to go to that, tonight's job is to work out how to get tickets for it!
