Amazing how rubbish ive felt from gaining about 8 or so pounds back, Yet fitting into this dress has pushed all them bad feelings away! Doesnt always matter what the scales say! xx

Beef and chilli burgers.... steak square slice sausage and a chicken korma.... they do chorizo sausage as well n loadsa other stuff. .. really low syn it amazin xxx

DYJLIW the result of going and getting a fresh bag of coffee beans ground from Starbucks yesterday = the house smelling absolutely amazing when you brew it and delicious tasting coffee!! Definitely makes a difference to the stale grounds I was using!
