Hi Sheila I'm good thanks I had a much overdue blow out last night not feeling guilty at all I was so greedy not going into what I eat but it was defiantly not normal.
Back to being good today so all good here X

We have to treat ourselves sometimes I feel HAPPY ;-)
Hubby was also happy watching me stuff my face t won't be happening for a little while I can tell you that for sure thought I was going to pop in bed haha !!
