Dukan diet day one!

I'm a six a day egg lady ;)
 
Good morning guys!

Not happy today. Weighed myself and only lost half a pound. I have 4 stone to lose so i thought i would have lost a few lbs at least. Am i doing something wrong? This is what i had yesterday:

B-2 hardboiled eggs, dash of balsamic vinegar
L- roast chicken and low fat cottage cheese (2% fat) i couldnt find plain so the next best was onion and chive, balsamic vinegar, cayenne pepper
D- grilled cod with plain low day cottage cheese, balsamic vinegar and pepper

Snacks- activia fat free yogurt mixed with 1.5tbsp oatbran
2 cups of tea with skimmed milk and sweetner
Milky coffee made with 1/3 mug of skimmed milk and topped with water.
3.5 litres of water.
2 pieces of sugar free gum

Help!
 
Look good Raj, but your cottage cheese shouldbe fat free asda smart price or Tescos extra value as its under 1% .5 I think. And eat more x have a good day x
 
Also yogurts need to be fat AND Sugar free, Activia, Muller, WW etc all have sugar in them. If you want a really good loss Id cut those out and got for Total 0% Greek yogurt and flavour it yourself. Ive been using Sugar Free jelly crystals to flavour my yogurt in the morning.
 
I really recommend Fage Total 0%, if you don't like the jelly crystals (like me) I use a touch of vanilla essence!

Sweetners are ok, I think it's the fruit that has sugars! X

No you are not doing anything wrong, your food looks good and you are doing well with the water. Raj you will soon learn that a loss is a loss even if its 0.25lb, they will soon add up! Maybe tommorrow you will lose 1.5 which will average them to 2. Someone said on here its a marathon not a sprint! I know you want it to move fast as motivation but it doesnt always happen that way, if it makes you feel better I had about 6st to lose when I started and it goes a 1lb at a time! The good thing is you will get there, sooner than you think ( ahh and if you stick to it :D)

Hi welcome to the forum. I did attack for 7 days, as told by the website. Lost 6.8lb

Remember to drink your fluids, most of us average about 2ltrs i think, it really does help the more you drink the better. LF Yogurts (Asda smart price are as good) I like their cottage cheese too, the smart price ones are slightly lower in carb and fat.

Look around the site, you'll find loads of recipes and ideas.
 
Lol the name dukanfatty! I am drinking at least 3litres a day so fluid isnt the problem!

If you like smoked salmon, buy asda smart price trimmings...90p usually in the shelf with the crabsticks, fish, etc. I then add this to the cottage cheese, mix well. Its very yummy as a supper. also nice to make salmon in an omelette and have the cottage cheese as a side dish...I usually add herbs or 'shake' of spice.
 
I bale salmon with a drop of reduced salt soy sauce! Nom xx
