Hi Raj, what did you eat? I fell off the bandwagon a couple of weeks ago and put on 3lb but now im back on track and have lost more, i think we all have a slip up every now and again so dont worry too much x
I didnt have breakfast as i wasnt feeling well, but as an early dinner went to harvester and had the plantation platter- chips, crackerjack prawns, boneless ribs and chicken wings! And some salad and sauces. Oops! But the one meal made me put on 3lbs not fair
It might not be just the meal, it could be anything but don't give up. There will be occasions when you have to have an off day cos of some reason or other. Don't go back into attack, just carry on with PV/PP days. It will soon come off.
