Dukan Do It....

All good stuff eh? My original target was to lose 5 stone and I was told I would achieve by 23rd Jan.....if I hadn't changed it and I were to stick to plan over christmas then I know I would achieve that goal. However, I did change my aim and am still a couple of stone off, I reckon I will reach it by April time. I need to do another dukan site calculation but I can't remember what my original answers were to see if i can get the same answers back. Will see.

How is everyone, hope you are all well. I'll try catch up on the forum properly over the next couple of days, hopefully I'll be able to do nothing but my own 'me' stuff tomorrow so might get chance to laze and look then LOL.

LOL, I will. I might not get too much chance to post on other peoples diaries or anything for now but I will keep popping in to my diary and go from there. I want to catch up but it will take a bit of time.

I had a cheat tonight for my milestone. A snickers ice cream bar and 4 dairy milk chocolates. Don't know why I bothered with the dairy milk, tasted very bland. I've got a box of heroes for christmas that I am possibly going to cheat with a few on christmas day, hope they taste better LOL.
 
lol you and your icecream bars lol but they dont seem to damage your diet
 
Sooooo happy for you DNSF!!! I remember that I was about your weight last Christmas and after starting at 19 stone 10lbs I felt totally amazing and you must feel the same!!! Well done for sticking with it - your cheat was very modest..... Glad all is good with you, was starting to get worried as hadn't heard from you in a while! xxxxx

Hmm no they don't I still lost a quarter this morning, though I'm not getting smug about it as I know if I think that way I will lose control. I do like the ice creams though, they satisy the chocolate/peanut craving.

I'm still popping in occasionally trudy, just so much going on and the catch up on here would take quite a few hours LOL so I haven't realy got the time properly.

In school all day tomorrow, bound to be fun, games and stuff. Family (in laws) coming on Saturday for a bit of a 'do' and then taking DD to pictures on Sunday to see Twilight part 2, I promised her I would take her to see the last one and even though there are four cinemas in hull there is only one with favourable times (or still showing it). Monday back into town to BABW as my DD wants to add to her collection with this years christmas bears. So cute, she's already got names picked out, Vixen (husky pup) and Comet (christmas bear). She used to get them for birthdays and other occasions too but now its only christmas, she's already got abotu 35 bears.

She does play loads with them, pretending they are schools or even an audience for her singing LOL. She is such a cutie.

Well my careful planning has crashed LOL, I have eaten all sorts, and felt crap for it, but it hasn't stopped me. Still I am still determined with this and haven't lost my focus, I knew that it was going to be a tough week with so many days with things happeneing and so much lovely food and sweets. I've already had a tub of sweets today and feel yuk for it, but the rest of my real food has been dukan friendly. Am marinading venison for tea and go some pick bits left from buffet I did yesterday that is dukan friendly so I can pick on them later. I'm gonig to have a drink to see past midnight, and have a planned cheat for tomrrow, but thats it. I put 3lb on this morning when I got weighed, and am determined to lose that by the end of the week, not going to lose my 'weigh' with this norty week.

On a plus note, I bought some skinny patterened jeans in a size 18 from Asda the other day, and also a black jumper in a size 14........14!!! I haven#t worn a 14 anything in so many years, I genuinely can't remember the last time I ever owned that size. I'm not sure I ever did. Its a wee bit tight on the tummy when I sit down but that will soon slacken. I am so chuffed and its even more motivation to stick to this and see it thru to the end. I imagine after another two stone lost I will be down to a 16 trousers and 14 top with possibles of 12..........oh god that makes me feel all goosy and a bit lightheaded thinking in terms of size 12 !!!!!!!!!!

LOL sid, thats so true....Brrr!!!

I weighed in this morning at a total of 6lb heaveier than I was on 22nd December, that was the first day of my planned (failed) cheats..........which started a week of binging. But I am back on track today, even turned down hobnobs, choc cake, minstrels and an offer of roast tea.

Food for today

Bf: Porridge/Rhubarb Yogurt Coffee
Ln: Dukan Bread / Dukan Cake / Beef (smear of horseradish)
Te: S&P Chicken / Cottage Cheese Side / 2 Cheesecake muffins
Sp: 4 Tails / Salmon pate on Galette / Yogurt

Have had a total of 8 drinks today which is a total of 2ltr fluid.
 
Good start to the year DNSF - looking like it was a fab day today - well done!!!! Here's to many more..... Hope today been good too! x

Hmmmm might have been a couple of those this last week though Sid, will stear clear for a while.

I had actually gained again this mornig, weird, must still be all those carbs in my system, but they'll clear out...not panicking LOL.

Had another PP day today so it gets me back on track, having PV tomorrow and then another couple of days with PP, this brings me back to a PV day for Monday which is where I should be.
 
My daft body is playing silly with me, only lost quarter pound this morning, I reckon its still the carbs working their way out, time will tell, it'll soon start to come off again I hope LOL.

Went shopping today to spend my chrimbo money and bought a new handbag and the Dukan Life Plan book.......The Works had it in for 6.99 which was good. Also had the first book for a couple of pound.

Watching band of brothers, started watching because nothing else on and now I am riveted, what those men went thru is blooming amazing.

Right its half 1 in the morning and time for bed. been playing with a christmas present, wire worker, so my fingers are sore now but have created some pretty things.
