Thanks girls, morale is a bit kak at the moment, but nothings going to happen until May as there has to be a public consultation as its public money that pays for the service.

Not had a bad day today eggs and tuna for lunch made into an omelette, few work colleagues turned their noses up but it was really nice. Been shopping this evening as the cupboards are a bit bare not had my tea yet but got some turkey in the fridge so i going to do a curry.

Thats what they have been calling them, they cant say you have to be interviewed for your job, so its been disguised as inspirational interviews that looks at individuals skills and responsibilities. The redesign is supposed to make resources equal across the teams, hopefully this wont be the final draft of the redesign and there will be scope to alter things

Well, im not going to think about it too much at the moment, it may change by May. Hopefully the people who are close to retirement age may consider early retirement or mutually agreed redundancy, there are 21 jobs are under threat. There are some meetings arranged for next week to give our feedback on the service redesign.

The snow has finally arrived, driving this morning was a nightmare on the ungritted side roads, car was sliding about all over the place nearly slid past the turning, i just hate this weather, cant be doing with the cold.

Been good today chicken curry for tea, porridge for breakfast and egg and chicken for lunch. x
 
Hopefully your job will be ok xxx mays a long time off .pointless worrying yet xxx
 
Aw Col, what a crap time you are having. Work wise, not much I can say we've been throu that in this house too, try to keep your chin up hun. Can you try looking for another job and preempt any of this happening.

As for Eye, glad you've got appt, make sure youget sorted with transport hun, maybe give them a ring to find out what they likely to do.
 
I would look for another job but i have to consider my pension, ive paid in nearly 30 years and i can retire early, just got to batten down the hatches and see what happens.

Think hubbys going to take me to the appointment so transport will be ok.

Supposed to be going out for a meal this afternoon with the family, but the snow is just starting to fall again so not sure what we are going to do, dont fancy driving in it today.
 
Well i am knackeroonied!! Did an hour on the Wii fit lapped the island and free jogging for 10 minutes. flapped my arms so much i thought i was going to literally take off!! and cycled til my legs hurt. on the advanced cycling one of the flags eluded me, too tired then to look, but managed to burn off 300 Cals.

The yoga lady said i was good at balancing too!! must have been the chair i was hanging on to to stop me falling over lol
 
HAHAHA Same hear good balance but Ive just done 30 mins will try harder tomorrow Col. Ive never done the bike yet xxx
 
Just catching up C, glad you've got your appointment sorted. Not long to wait now. Crap news about the job though but May is a while away yet & it could all change. Hang in there Hun x
 
I have been so cold today the snow has finally stopped falling but the cold is coming fast, god knows what the roads are going to be like in the morning.

Another day on plan, having lots of PVs just need the veggies at the moment, must be the cold. Weigh in is Wednesday.

This evening i took my son to his band practice, i always sit outside the practice room and read a book or something. Tonight another band came to practice they were pretty good didnt do the same genre as my son more indi-rock instead of heavy metal. Anyway, got chatting as you do, and they asked if i wanted to sing with them!! I was taken aback so much first i said yeah ok then i couldnt think of anything to sing. Then Connor was ready to go home so had to leave. Been kicking myself, i cant believe i had a chance to have a sing and didnt do it, not like me at all, hubby was shocked too when i told him what happened, will have to get prepared for next week lol
 
Aw Col maybe next week they'll ask again if they are there, think of a song before hand LOL
