DustQueen 2013

I watched it those chips and burger looks good - but what about that poor 29year old whose over 50 stone not able to move - that shocked me - she is so young - you are doing great DQ on this diet keep up the good work nearly a week up at this stage x

I only really got a glimpse of her as I was listening whilst painting a radiator lol but the cheeseburger toastie made me turn around lol

Hey DustQueen, sorry to see that you're sad :-( you're doing so well though. We're all here for you for whenever you need to talk. Although this diet can make things diffficult in the start with depression, just keep reminding yourself that you'll find a new way of dealing with it and hopefully the depression will improve as you start to regain confidence with your weight. Lots of love and hugs flying at you hun xxx

Indeed trying hard but it gets harder the more you have to lose the nice clothes are so far off :)

But they all add up :) you'll already be heading in the right direction. From a 20 to an 18, then to a 16 then to a 14 and so on. Won't take long to start moving down the sizes but it will take longer if you succumb to food thoughts. Great that you e came on her instead! Xxx

Hi Carly. You'll feel so much better as you lose weight. I was a 20 when I started on exante. You'll soon be down a dress size!

You say that MissM but that was when I was well and working and could do stuff to distract myself. Sadly when you are ill and housebound food is one of the only joys left, makes it 100 times harder. Sorry that sounds like a whinge I didn't mean it to be :)

I guess you need to ensure you have distractions. Do you read much? I find reading is a good distraction, also watching films. I know some people do crafts or knitting to keep them away from eating. I'm useless at knitting but it does keep the hands busy.
