You know what, I think I quite like not weighing... I an naturally thinking about starting exercise, feel like it is a good idea. Thinking about it logically to lose weight exercise is important.... And as I haven't weighed myself I don't know what effect this diet is having and I suppose I'm a little worried I won't lose enough lol which is naming ne decide to add in exercise. Although, I'm at mother in laws on Saturday and I usually weigh myself etgere everytime. I kinda want to, jus too see what I have lost and also don't incase it isn't that good :-/ x
