Believe me, I am in shock! I just stood there, staring at the scale, blinking in disbelief! And then sort of squinting my focus, to see if my eyes were deceiving me! It's a real boost to know that I do have it in me to have more than a 1 or 2lb loss though...

Upped my water a bit this week, but not changed much else... hmm, well, gonna keep trying to do whatever it is I did!

I've had a terrible start to this challenge, last week I was I'll so missed class and I sts this week, fingers crossed for a good loss next week x
