2lbs lost this week - only 7lbs so lose for my goal weight!!!

I really need to start thinking about what plan to follow when I get to goal for maintaining this weight.

I might just calorie count and try to keep most meals low carb and high protein? Not really sure. I need to get my thinking cap on though cos I am gonna get there in the next few weeks! Eeeeeeeeeeeeek.

Hi all, not been posting that much. 0.5 lb off last week and 1 lb off this week. Managed to get Slimmer of Week too, must have been a bad week for others in class lol Nowhere close to reaching Xmas goal but hope to get a few more pounds off before then. Updated.
