26 in three days but probably won't be much more that that this week as I have soup and yogurt pots made for lunch and grean beans and salad leaves for dinner with either omlette/burger/fish fingers for dinner.
Technically curry powder and garam masala are a combination of spices so more that two but leaving them as they are
 
Red peppers and red onion is bringing my list to 28. And unless I eat something exotic today I reckon 28 will be it for this week.

I know it seems on a weight loss program to be counter indicative to encourage us to eat more but unless you are on a total meal replacement diet that this challenge is an appropriate one😅
