@tipperary - do you make tea with Mulberry leaves?.
Yes, pop them in a pot with cold water and simmer for a while. I keep a jug chilled in the fridge and then mix it in with my peppermint tea or just on its own, got or cold depends on the weather.

Thank you. Next week I’ll be introducing nectarines & kiwi for a bit of variety, but I love strawbs could eat these everyday.

Oh & OH is gonna make a recipe we liked from the fast 800 diet called simple veg pie. Kind of a veggie moussaka without the veggie mince. So will be buying aubergine, courgette, cauliflower & peppers for it. Bit more variety.
