Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

I totally take back what I said on Saturday about her dvd! !! For some reason most of it , mainly the toning was missed off the part I did! I clicked each workout individually Saturday but today I clicked ' play all' and there's so much more..ok I'm dead. It's not easy!

I only made it to round 8 today!

Maybe needed the sweetener. Very cakey so going to try these for pud with fruit and yoghurt.
I used a splash of orange flavour too. Very nice!

I used this but swapped sweetener for desicated coconut :)

Avocado is soo yummy! Watch out for the syns though!

I'm looking forward to doing the dvd again tomorrow..not like me at all!!
 
After I did it I would say no, but I'm still aching and after doing it once I've somehow lost weight this week !!

I think if I did it 4 times a week for two weeks, id lose weight but I may start finding it too easy. I don't think it pushes you to your limit but maybe that's a good thing :/

There's a warm up, 12 workouts which are punching, kicking, skipping. ..lots of cardio, cool down and extra abs. I really enjoyed the abs.

I think overall it's a good dvd but maybe not for fitness boffs out there! I'm going to look into ankle weights/ weighted gloves for an extra hit

Ergh feel like I've been hit by a bus today! Snuffly cold I think. Ah well...need to keep going!

Food today
Breakfast- melon, yoghurt, coconut flakes, flaxseed, banana and 2 weetabix muffins

Lunch- leftover tuna and sweetcorn salad sandwich with avocado, beetroot and boiled eggs

Tea- I'm attempting the mushy pea curry ...mmmm

Snacks- mango, satsumas

Will attempt Charlotte workout dvd and try get as far as I can. Dog walk. Think this afternoon it will be duvet rest to try recover from this cold.

I'm on annual leave this week, except for tomorrow which is great!
 
I made mushy pea curry last week- was yummy! I'm gonna try the wheetabix muffins tomorrow I think!
 
I feel like my mushy pea curry tasted nicer the next day... Might just be in my head though lol
 
I used about twice the recommended spices/chilli x
