Pasta with melted cheeses is lovely. I must admit a lot of food on sw taste too good you think it can't be free.

Finishing the day on 1.5 syns and feel like I've eaten so much!
 
Ha that is a lot of pasta! I guess if you're hungry then eat it...better to have a couple of smaller portions than load a plate full that you end up eating just cos it's there?!
Mmm I'm jumping on this quark wagon next week I think, with some mint options hot choc powder! X

quark is a fab little pud chick if I have Choc powder with it I add a few tea spoons of water so it doesn't get the grainy Taste it's also amazing with jam :) Xxx
 
Food looks yummy sometimes you just need a bowl of pasta! I really wouldn't worry! Yum yum xxxx
 
I still have plenty of pasta for today's lunch! I'm proper all carbed up. If I lose weight (.which I doubt I will . with our weekend plans) ill be gobsmacked...
That reminds me it's weigh day!....


So I re start my slimming world journey with low syn days at 8.12 and 1/4

Today's food plans are

Breakfast- two boiled eggs and leftover pulled pork ...I'm so stuffed. No superfine but I will have melon mid morning if I can manage! (0.5 syn for oil)

Lunch- leftover tuna pasta and lettuce . Hexa cheese

Tea- hexb chicken goujons with bread crumbs. Courgetti, corn on the cob. Broccolli. May add a potato or two

Snacks- melon, banana

Weigh day today? Are you taking it as a new starting weight?

From re starting slimming world yeah. 8.12 and 1/4

We are going away this weekend though.

Breakfast in bed of bacon, pancakes, syrup .

We are going cycling and I'm doing a picnic or sandwich thins with continental meats. Chicken bites. Grapes and crisps.

Then we are going for a meal...

Maybe the steak. Or the beef Wellington reviews are amazing.

I've bought a coffee cake for in the room as that's his fave. Prossecco and chocs to relax with in the jacuzzi!

We will have a fry up the Sunday morning.

Then Sunday we have friends over for bubbles and I'm doing a cake spread with a few nibbles.
