Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

Food ( i have no fruit so will struggle for snacking)

Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs

Snack- quavers 4.5

Lunch- had my lunch made for me which was two wurboton square sandwhich things. I couldnt be rude and nt eat so syns are high today!

Tea- 2 sausages (1) i will have syn free sides of veg.

Im working privately today with a little boy so thinking of heading into town to see the ducks. I will try pop to the market to get some fruit to last today and tomorrow morning.

Update- walked miles today! Lots of body magic done. Now to start packing!

Lunch- butternut squash soup. Muller light. Satsuma. Magic stars (3.5)

Tea- steak. Roast veg, salad. Potatoes.

My sister is over this evening so i will hav a bottle of wine and few nibbles!

Beef casserole is in the oven on low for lunches and snaking in the week yummmmy!!

Out for pre mothers day lunch today. Ive ordered the trio which is 3 meats. It will probably be over 1000 cals and about 100 syns! But we never go out for lunch so im not bothered!
Since looking for houses etc im not 100% with it. Im still aware of what im eating but im not counting syns. As soon as were moved in things will get back on track. I dont want to gain but im hoping to maintain

We do have a can pf guinness for st patricks day!
