Ummmm. Try it? I have bad knees but only hurt when I squat etc. Yours was obviously worse. Can you try a mike and build it up. Know your limits and stop when it hurts. If you can spin . You can run in my opinion it's less tension on joints
 
Get strava. We can ' be friends' and aim for 10 k for April if you like me not all together but spread out? 2k here. 2k there? Or if you would rather just get yourself ' up and running' no problem. Could maybe do a little March challenge
 
Wilt spinach. I used about half a bag? But could of done with a bit more. Mixed in one egg yolk. Nutmeg and a tub of ricotta ( about 250g)
Mix in a bowl. And stuff in cannelloni. I used a teaspoon to fill and the other end of it to stuff it down
line them in a baking tray and cover with 400 g passata or chopped toms. I added garlic graduals. Pinch of sweetner.
Then covered with a bit more cheese ( eeek) and bake for 25-30 mind ish
