Eating myself slim - hopefully

2 days could make all the difference hon! Don't get too despondant, I know its difficult! Don't weigh again now until Monday! My consultant always used to say that it took another week for a loss/gain to show so to work a week ahead if that makes sense? So if you're being really good then it might show next week in a big way!
 
Thank you guys, I did have a bit of choccie last night :-( but am fine and on plan today.

I am also going to make a conscious effort to drink more today. Esp a few glasses of water/very diluted squash.

Will just have a quick think about food for today, then type up xx

Need to make a note to myself that I HAVE to have a decent size lunch. Otherwise I will snack on junk food, like I just have today... A yoghurt, a kitkat and an apple pie, and I still feel hungry, I might do my dinner now and do dh his when he gets back.. If dinner will even satiate me, I feel so hungry!!
