EE - HOT SEXY WEDDING BODY

Very very pretty dress, although a very odd pose!

Yeah I did SW for well over a year. I think it was exactly what I needed at the time but as my losses dried up at the beginning of this year I needed a change. I didn't eat much processed stuff anyway but I did enjoy the HEAs ALOT and I thought SF might encourage me to eat less cheese and eat more wholegrain stuff. I think WW is much more flexible which I am still enjoying. I also like the fact that I have a calculator to work out how many PP are in something rather than HAVE to have membership to check stuff online.

Hiya!

Cool! Sf and SW are very similar! I use my friends sw login! That's quite bad I know but it's £60 for 3 months and I don't even know if it will work! I only paid 3 months ww but my app is still logged in. So after I stopped paying I could still follow it. Dunno if SW is the same.

I think I just need a change for a month! Then after a month re-asses!

Okay so I've thought how to used rest of HEXA! I'm gonna have mash instead of new potatoes (as I loooove mash) and add the cheese to make cheesy mash! Not sure it goes with salmon! But I can eat anything with anything lol!

What I think SW has done for me so far is....as its my first week I WANT it to succeed! I have not cheated at all! So obviously when I started ww I had that same feeling! I think by end of 6 months my enthusiasm had worn off. So even if I do it for only a month then I think a change for 4 weeks will do me good.

It's hard starting a diet and losing 3lbs a week and getting HUGE loses. Then seeing them get smaller! I know in comparison to the start weight the percentage lost isn't that dissimilar but

Good that you are enjoying the change like you say although the foods are pretty similar a new diet gets you all excited about food again which I think is what gets you better losses rather than the actual food if you know what I mean? It's the focus that gets the great results do a change can be great for that.

I loved sw but had just done it on and off for so long that really needed a change. Wouldn't rule out going back though x

Has it got something to do with ur body getting used to what ur eating? It's not very fair! ESP when we try so hard and stick at it 100%!

I googled and found this:

At The Start Of A Diet...

When you first start dieting, your body uses up the most available source of energy-the glycogen. As it does so, the water stored with the glycogen is released and you can lose over a pound a day, but most of that weight is water.

When your body's supply of glycogen gets low, it turns to the fat. But since the energy in fat is more concentrated and the fat doesn't contain water, even the strictest diet won't take off more than about a half pound per day.

Slow, Steady Weight Loss

Once your body begins using fat, it also replenishes some of its supply of glycogen. Since a small amount of fat holds the same number of calories as a large amount of glycogen, some people even gain weight at this stage of a diet.

Eventually, your body's store of glycogen evens out. At that point, dieting can produce a slow, steady weight loss.

Oh no......I caved in to the OH biscuit munching!

2 Jaffa cakes! 5 syns
That puts my daily total at 18 syns!

Gonna have a 12syn day tomorrow to make up!

It sounds worse than it is....but 80cals isn't terrible!

That explains my last couple of months! Thanks purpled, hope that stage doesn't last long!

I know when I weighed in I said it was totm! Because it was I bloat in the 2 days prior to period. But I'm 4 days late now. I'm not worried about pregnancy as I'm v careful! But this lateness has happened lots since I started losing weight! I read that weight change can effect your cycle and it's normal.....but it's annoying.

For me the two days before I get bloated, hot, a bit emotional and feel different! Well when I'm late I get that for all the days I'm late. Annoys the hell out of me.

Anyway blah just ranting as it annoys me.

Just in town having a coffee. Just picking up some antibiotics for my poorly fiancé. He told me to look for ring ideas and we will go and buy one next weekend. So I asked what my budget was and he said £2000- £3000! Blah....I would feel very uncomfortable with him spending that much on a ring! Anyway i have fallen in love with 2 rings! I tried them on and the display size fitted lol! They are both white gold with diamonds. One was £550 and the other £350.

That is the 2nd favourite

Anyway this is how it's going to work next weekend! I will say I like this this and this sort of style. Here is my ring size. I'm going for a coffee. Bye. Then let him choose what he wants. I don't wanna know what it costs. We are both too stubborn to back down.

I'd rather spend that much in a honeymoon rather than a ring.

So.......I also went past a food market and got lots of lovely things....olives, wholemeal Italian spaghettit and pasta. Sundries tomatoes! Mmm I've decided not to syn the tasting I did lol

P.s must remember to do my nails for showing off my new ring next weekend. The chipped red polish look is rather tacky

Not just me then. He's okay! He has the worst cough I've ever heard, flu symptoms and a rash over his chest. Deffo caught something on plane home. Hope these antibiotics work. Hate seeing him poorly.
