turns out ive only gt 15% or less fat minced beef anyway so todays clearly a write off plus the fact i had 4 celebration chocs at work

Yes i got like that over xmas lolDon't think of it as a right off. Its a flexi synned day which is allowed on the plan. (In my case I need to remind myself not everyday should be flexi!)

thanks for the encouraging and motivating comments xThe best thing someone told me was thinking of "blips" (having too many syns or an 'off plan' meal) as someone pushing a giant boulder up a hill - if the boulder slipped down hill a little bit then you would continue to push it up the hill - you wouldn't let it roll all the way to the bottom of the hill just because it slipped a little bit. Same with "blips" just because one meal is off plan doesn't mean the rest of the day has to be off plan, just because one day is off plan doesn't mean the rest of the week has to be off plan... You get my drift. Mind you I need to practice what I preach haha! As the others have said draw a line under it and focus on tomorrow - you can do it
