Study day again today at home this time though, need to have a good plan/possible first draft to take to tutorial group tomorrow, food wise i've been good all week, but craving junk after the weekend, which is weird as when I was eating badly I wanted to get back to plan.. funny how your head keeps teasing you with thoughts of cheese and chocolate. argh!! I haven't got time to go WI this week so I'll just keep my fingers crossed for next week, and pray for a loss. I've been really bad with superfree this week but still been good with what I am eating despite the lack of it..
EE DAY- Thursday
Breakfast - Beans and toast, WW danish x3 (hexB) flora x light (1.5syns) a little cheese (half hexA)
Lunch - Jacket potato, chicken, onion, sweetcorn, lettuce, cucumber, beetroot, mayo (2.5syns), galaxy flutes. (2.5syns)
Snack - banana
Dinner - Minted lamb, vege cous cous (courgette, pepper, mushroom), indian salad (carrot, red onion, cucumber, tomato, chilli, garlic, lemon and herbs). mint and yogurt sauce.
Snack : just made some SW scones, ate 3!! Soooo full now tho, I'll have to syn them I guess so... (3syns)
Drinks - tea (half hexA -milk) green tea, water
