Still have 2 essays to go before the year is over. Only have about 3 lectures in the next 3 weeks so plenty of time to plan and research. Have until the 17th for the next one then last on the 23rd. Going to get cracking on them tomorrow though and try really hard. I got some really good advice from one of my lecturers yesterday so I think I understand how to get the really good marks now. She said my structure and flow is really good but I need more critical depth which do fingers crossed for the last 2.. How's yours going? X
 
Feeling super bloated, urgh! I hate that I've lost 9lbs and feel exactly the same as I did, kinda sucks to feel no different at all, at least after Uni I'll have nothing at all to do so will just exercise loads to pass the time! Food wise I've been really good the last few weeks, but it's my birthday tomorrow so that's means drinks and dinner, going to tapas so loads of oil and bread. Today I don't feel very motivated at all for some reason.

RED DAY - Friday

Breakfast : weetabix minis (hexB) milk SS (hexA) banana

Snack : some chocolate (11 syns)

Lunch : bread (hexB) salmon, flora x light (1.5 syns) grapes, melon

Dinner : coq au vin,(garlic, shallots, button mushrooms) (red wine (2syns) swede mash, green beans, brocolli, chantennay carrots. apple, banana

Snack : 3 Linda McC red onion and rosemary sausages (can't believe I ate this too, totally hungry day!)

Drink : tea w/milk (hexA) water, green tea

TOTAL SYNS : 14.5 (I wanted to keep all my syns for tomorrow, but then the bf brought home 2 big bars of chocolate.. aaah!! My willpower couldn't resist.. soooo now I'm just going to have a day where I don't care tomorrow, its my birthday so its not a day for counting all my bad eating! I'll just work really hard next week and do some good exercise too)

Ouch. 2 days off plan, I ate what I wanted and drank quite a bit.. Spanish food, bagels, chocolate, cheesecake and party food, I feel bloated and pretty horrible, definitely happy to get back to plan!! Canny few days though! He avengers film is unreal!

EE DAY - Monday

Breakfast : bacon, poached eggs, bread, grilled mushroom and tomato (hexB) 1 choc (2.5syns - last birthday chocolate! phew its gone!!)

Lunch - jacket potato, chicken sweetcorn and red onion, lettuce, cucumber, light mayo (3 syns) lemon. Cheesecake (6syns)

Snack : apple

Dinner : I made the boys cottage pie (mince, stock, gravy granules about 3tbsp for whole dish - about 5/6 servings, chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic, celery, mushrooms, i wasn't that hungry so just had a little bowlful with some cabbage. Pie had cheese on top too (some of hexA)

Snack : grapes

Drinks : tea and coffee with milk (hexA) water, green tea

Total syns : 11.5

I feel really bloated still so going to have some salads and soups to try and detox a little.. Loads of water, and green tea.

EE DAY - Tuesday

Breakfast : frittata (egg, lean bacon, Linda McC rosemary sausage, mushroom and tomato) beans. 2 cups of tea, milk (hexA)

I fell asleep again and slept through lunch. Had a little leftover frittata before picking the kids up,

Snack : bread WW malted Danish x2 ham, cucumber, tomato. Lettuce, mayo (1.5 syns)

Dinner : venison sausage, mustard mash (1syn), leeks, carrots, cougettes, peas, onion gravy (2.5 syns) Strawberries with reduced fat squirty cream (1 syn)

Snack : Banana

Drinks : water, green tea, small skinny latte (hexA) Pepsi max

Where your venison sausages from? My hubby bought some butchers ones (and wild boar) on Monday at the dales good festival but I have no idea how to Syn them? X
 
Mine were just from sainsburys I can't remember what make though, they had less than. 5% fat so I figured if extra lean mince is free then they are also? It's probably wrong though and I should syn them somehow. Sorry I'm not much help. X
 
So next load of assignments to start so a day at the library for me, 2 to go and then done for the year, woo! I always struggle food wise at Uni there's nothing really there that's good so I'll take some fruit with me I think. I'm being a bit crap with superfree at the mo, still being relatively good though so hopefully it'll not make toooo much difference.

EE DAY - Wednesday

Breakfast : salmon and poached egg, toast WW Danish x3 (hexB) x light flora (1.5syns) costa small latte (hexA)

Lunch : muller light. Ainsley Harriet spelt thing (1-2syns I think) banana

Dinner : SW carbonara, parmesan (3syns) onion, courgette, mushroom, garlic, chilli. Salad mini choc egg (2syns)

Drinks : green tea and water

TOTAL SYNS : 8.5

Study day again today at home this time though, need to have a good plan/possible first draft to take to tutorial group tomorrow, food wise i've been good all week, but craving junk after the weekend, which is weird as when I was eating badly I wanted to get back to plan.. funny how your head keeps teasing you with thoughts of cheese and chocolate. argh!! I haven't got time to go WI this week so I'll just keep my fingers crossed for next week, and pray for a loss. I've been really bad with superfree this week but still been good with what I am eating despite the lack of it..

- Thursday

Breakfast - Beans and toast, WW danish x3 (hexB) flora x light (1.5syns) a little cheese (half hexA)

Lunch - Jacket potato, chicken, onion, sweetcorn, lettuce, cucumber, beetroot, mayo (2.5syns), galaxy flutes. (2.5syns)

Snack - banana

Dinner - Minted lamb, vege cous cous (courgette, pepper, mushroom), indian salad (carrot, red onion, cucumber, tomato, chilli, garlic, lemon and herbs). mint and yogurt sauce.

Snack : just made some SW scones, ate 3!! Soooo full now tho, I'll have to syn them I guess so... (3syns)

Drinks - tea (half hexA -milk) green tea, water

TOTAL SYNS - 9.5

Just discovered galaxy flutes! They are lush! 5.5syns for it, I usually have curly wurlys as they seem to be the lowest satisfying choc treat but these beat a curly wurly hands down! Yum!!!
 
I'm a total chocoholic since I had my kids, I used to love savoury things and never really eat choc, then my hormones all got jumbled now I love both!! too much! This was an awesome find though, they are lovely. xx
 
Another less productive day than I'd hoped. Going to work hard tonight to catch up. I always seem to do more at night, it's probably canny apt I'm a student since I can't motivate myself pre 4pm! I'm so hungry and there's no food in :(

Got some proper research done last night and feeling more confident for my next essay. Just gotta spend today doing more reading and adding to it. Eek! Going to bf's dads today for dinner there's no way it'll be SW friendly and he always gets me drunk on really nice chablis! Oh welllll

EE DAY : Saturday

Breakfast : smoked salmon, 2 poached eggs, toast (hexB) banana

Lunch : homemade burgers, SW coleslaw, salad

Dinner : bf's dad made us fish and prawn curry, which I don't think was that bad but had a samosa and some naan bread, just a bit. So food wise ok-ish but had 3 gins and 2 bitter Shandys

Drinks : tea w/milk (hexA) water, green tea

TOTAL SYNS : no idea gonna try and have none in the day and minimal drinking

I think I've realised my appetite is less than it used to be, I dont eat as much in meals and I don't pick much anymore which I used to be terrible for, for some reason I feel like I havent been very good at SW lately, maybe as I didn't WI this week to guide me, or maybe as I don't feel like I've lost any weight yet. Been to soft play today for some reason I get loads of work done there even though it's insanely loud!

Lunch : Pom bear crisps (5syns) homemade burger, cheese (hexA) ham, apple
