eee look another food diary!

What time do you get up? I don't know how you find the time to have such lovely cooked breakfasts! Am lucky if I down my bowl of weetabix! :)

Haha! Normally if I go to uni I don't have time for breakfast but when I don't go or I'm off I drop the boys off at school then come home to make brekkie, I love big breakfasts, def makes me less hungry the rest of the day when I have them, I don't really snack at all which is a good thing! X
 
That's ok then, I did think you were super mum with a cooked brekkie before school run and uni!! Obv, we're all super mums anyhow :)

I'm not feeling like a super mum at all at the mo, I keep snapping at the boys, they are bickering loads and its annoying me so much, so I keep snapping. Argh! Xx
 
I need to stop checking the scales! total scale hopper! So late this morning made the boys a sausage sandwich as we didn't have enough milk for cereal and cooking it threw me all off routine! Argh!

EE day - Wednesday

Breakfast : 1 rf sausage (2.5syns) 2 weetabix with SS milk (hexA and B) banana chopped in

Lunch : beef savoury rice, with quorn, peas, pepper, mushroom, carrot.

4 marshmallows (5syns)

Dinner : Meatballs (x lean mince), lentil and cabbage casserole (onion, garlic, chopped tomato), roast beetroot and parsnip. (1syn spray oil) WW ice cream pot (4syns)

Horrible egg cake (2syns)

Drinks : water

TOTAL SYNS : 14.5

Morning, What coconut milk do you use and how much can you use for 3 syns? And what time shall I cone round coz it sounds yummy :)

I get the blue dragon light coconut milk, which is 77 cals for 100mls, I use 200mls in the recipe which is serving 4 so really it's probably less than 3 SYNS x

No idea what to have food wise today, going to have the Caribbean pork I planned yesterday, my tummy feels yucky still after trying one of those stupid micro egg cakes, what an error all round that was! I'm so tired, was woken up loads in the night by bf and dog and I'm getting really run down, I'm just going to drop the boys off and go back to bed. Really anxious for WI day tomorrow, I've been 100% which if I'm honest with myself I hardly ever am. Actually below weekly SYNS, but feeling pretty bloated and realising again why I don't do EE all the time! Need to tackle some exercise but I feel so bloody rub down all the time, very annoying xx
 
I hear you! How about a swim, I often opt for a swim as feels quite relaxed and chilled but still a good workout. Have a nice nap, wish I could nap in the day! Hopefully you will see a fab loss tomorrow, you've done really well! Got wi tomorrow too, on plan for 5 days so we'll see :)

I hate swimming in winter, it's more that I get so so cold on the walk back from the pool as there's no buses and I can't drive, def starting up swimming again once the weather gets better as it really tones me up, my arms and tummy pull in loads when I swim. I sneaky peeked at the scales showing a 2lb loss this morning, so feeling good for WI tomorrow, going to get onto the lemon teas as I'm feeling pretty bloated, but then I always do when I do EE.

EE day - Thursday

Breakfast : 2 poached eggs, 2 small wmeal toast (hexB) WW spread (1syn) tomato sauce (1syn)

Snack : Alpen light (3syns)

Lunch : Jacket potato, tuna mayo (0.5syn) sweetcorn, baby leaf salad, pepper cucumber, tomato, red onion) Low low cheddar (hexA) WW dairy spread (1syn) mullerlight

Dinner : Caribbean pork stew (red onion, peppers, carrot, spinach, chopped tomato) with coconut rice and beans (onion, garlic, ginger). (4syns coconut milk- 2 in stew and 2 in rice) mullerlight toffee with chopped banana.

WW ice cream pot (4syns)

Total SYNS : 14.5

Really impressed with dinner! Was so tasty! Loving that I'm not using all my SYNS on choc anymore and now can incorporate them more into my meals :) with a few spare too! Yay!

PS. the egg cup thing did not work well for me either :-(!!

your food looks ace! i was debating whether to start posting pics on my food diary, my theory being it may give me more motivation as i wont want to post any rubbish food so ill eat good things haha!

Aww thanks love! I try hard to make it look nice so my kids get excited about good healthy food, when they're at their dads they get fed rubbish so I always try and make an effort, it's worked as they eat pretty much everything now :)

Me and bf both love cooking so it helps defo

Ooooo! Well the scales had a 2lb loss for WI this morning but I checked again after i got home from placement and they'd dropped again to 13st5.4 so I'm gonna say 2.5lb loss, and I'm pretty bunged up at the mo so actually probs more like 3 :) but I'll say 2.5! Yay! I never lose that much just doing EE. Still have a bit to go for Xmas weight to come off but getting there.

My alarm didn't go off today?! Annoying so had to get a taxi across the city to placement, argh! But made it on time, but had no time for breakfast so just had lunch before now I'm home.

Making yummy peanut curry again tonight :) and bf made a really yum pudding for me to try as a test for his dad and his gf coming for dinner tomorrow night. Tweaking my hexB for peanut butter tonight too. Sneaky!

Gonna watch celeb BB and chill, exciting! It's my weekend off from the boys they're at their dads, I used to always go party but now I'm so tired after 2 weeks of insane twin time I just want to chill. Plus I can't really leave little daisy pup.

Anywhoooo foods!

EE Day - Friday

Breakfast : none

Lunch : brown pasta, 2 bacon medallions, lots of onion, garlic, mushrooms, tomato and spinach. Parmesan (1/3 hexA). SW baileys choc mousse pot (5syns)

Snack : toffee muller with chopped banana

Dinner : thai chicken and peanut (half hexb) curry (babycorn, sugar snap peas) tofu egg 'fried' rice (carrots, cabbage, spring oni)on, garlic, ginger, peas and sweetcorn) (2.5syns coconut milk) Thai red curry paste (1syn) palm sugar, sesame oil (1.5syns)

Ooooo just made myself a WI day hot choc treat :) Asda bgty hot choc (2syns) 2 marshmallows (2syns) and hardly any lighter squirt cream so I'm not even counting it!

Snack : wmeal bread (half hexB) 15g low low cheddar (1/3 hexA) smooth pickle, a pear

Drinks : Tea (1/3 hexA) & Water.
