How do I manage on 20 points? With great difficulty it seems lately!! I haven't officially weighed in since I switched to W/W at the beginning of Dec. I intended to leave it a month as I am so slow at losing the lbs and then weekly - then Christmas came and so I have put my first official weigh in until the end of January when I hope to see a 5lb loss as I have committed to the January challenge!!

Cheese triangle, low fat = 0.5
Lunch
None
Dinner (Toby again!) (no pudding though!)
Turkey slice = 1
2 small new potatoes = 1
cauliflower cheese, 1 sp = 1
cabbage = 0.5
peas = 1.5
stuffing balls x2 = 3
carrots = 0.5
gravy = 2
3 glasses wine = 6
Half a lager = 1
Total = 20 points
Other drinks = black decaf coffee and diet coke
