Had a chinese with my friends, I had king prawn in black bean sauce (5 syns), hot and sour soup (5 syns) and chow mein cooked with soy sauce, no oil. Was tasty!

Leftover bit of chow mein with green pepper, with some lettuce

Mini fry up- hexb wholemeal toast, SW ketchup, mushrooms tomatoes and bacon. Nibbled hexa of cheese.

Chicken breast cooked with leeks, tomatoes and herbs, with baked potato and salad.

Seafood salad at the beachfront cafe near my house. It came with marie rose sauce and dressing, after some calculation I put it at 10 syns.

Dinner
Takeaway with family. I used my heb wholemeal bread to dip in the sauce, and hea of cheese which I mixed in with my bombay potatoes (7 syns). I also had chicken jalfrezi (8.5 syns). (weighed the amounts and measured accordingly.)

More syns:
I had a can of fosters (7 syns) with my takeaway, then went to the pub where I had a shot of tequila (3 syns) and 24 syns vodka (with soda water).

Sunday 25th March

Breakfast
Toasted cheese and ham sandwich (hexs) with SW ketchup - counted the SW ketchup as the superfree, may not have been exactly a third but as it was using my measured out hexs anyway and I only had two slices of ham I figured it didn't matter too much.

Lunch
Leftover chicken jalfrezi (syns already accounted for) - lots of veggies in it

Dinner
Made fish casserole from SW extra easy book, had some rocket on the side with it. (plenty of veg in it anyway)

Had a pint of carlsberg in the pub after a nice walk in the woods with my family (7 syns)

then figured I might as well have a couple of vodkas in the evening as I had some syns left :) 100ml vodka with diet lemonade - 12 syns

A banana (knew I was having a big lunch)

Zizzi's linguini ai gamberi with a side salad (no dressing.) Counted the oil as my heb, it wasn't particularly oily at all, and had hea parmesan on the top. So counted it as free!

Dinner
Had bits and pieces in the evening, no set meal: two apples, a sweet and sour mugshot, a few pieces of ham and some leftover salmon fillet cooked with lemon.

Homemade chilli (with quorn mince), a potato and plenty of salad.
