ellies dukan diary the next step Cruise

Well glad someone else was feeling hungry today - also glad that you would have to go to Blair Atholl to get more of that devils shortbread!!! LOL - good Highland pony for disappearing over the glen - that will have shifted a few calories!!! Hee, hee. My loveliest mare decided to be v naughty today in work on long reins so I got very fit running after her - it didn't feel minus 8 by the time I was finished! She and I looked like a steam bath - not sure who won the battle either!!! Tomorrow will tell! Have a lovely weekend Ellie - any grand plans?
 
Ellie ............................ ARGH!!! What with you, Mrs CD, ChrisR and me all on it at the same time it could be mayhem!! Go and muck out them horses to burn that 2lb off or run starkers round the paddock a few times as recommended by Dr Dukan!!!

Good job we are all in this TOGETHER but you 3 can run around the paddock starkers :eek: on YOUR OWN!!! Im a proper Lancashire Lass - LOL
 
haha ive done 5 of the 6 boxes and walked downhill through 20 acres and back up again after the highland decided it would be fun to have a bucking fit while i was taking him to the field and booger off down the unfenced area once he'd dragged me off my feet :eek: blooming thing.

have had 2 muffins and quark for breakfast, and just had 2 mini ham quiches for a snack. lunch when hubby gets in and as hes around all day i sould keep on track. also been to the ladies room and got a weight off my mind :p

visions in my head of you hanging on for dear life to the horses reins and the ladies room visit set me off laughing too.

Having horses is 'dedication or madness' thank god my daughter grew out of it!
 
Oh it's definately madness chris... Most days I feel like I should be locked up lol
 
You defo should be locked up from the blimmin shortbread and choccy!!!! Mad one for sure!! LOL x
 
Ha Ha bout the shortbread, munchies are terrible aren't they - but well done at getting back so quickly. I think I'm getting PMT coz all I'm doing today is thinking about wine and huge slabs of Dairy Milk
 
im keeping the munchies well under control again today, so far had my muffins & icing, snack of 2 mini quiches & lunch of veg soup, salmon & prawns LOL probably a lot again but all good stuff
 
As long as we keep to our allowed foods I think we should eat as much as we want and be proud of how much weight we are losing. Your menu from today sounds lovely. I've been eating omelettes rather than quiches recently as I had got fed up of quiches, you've put them into my head though - think I'll have mushroom and ham quiche for lunch tomorrow. Hope the weather calming, very wet here.
 
I'm now eating sugar fee jelly and orange mousse while hubby is crunching away on crackers and cheese grrrrr. Weather is getting worse I'm trying to drag my butt away from the rayburn to brung the horses in as it's a White out outside
 
they were all in by 4..... crabby as sin LOL had dinner just about to go back out to feed them
 
Well flippin freezing here today and then the wind started!!! Not feeling it tbh!!! Glad the munchies are under control Ellie - I have eaten loads again today but a bit bored cos it's a PP day!!! Made my thai soup but yet to try it so will keep you all posted - smells alright!!! Was lovely when I sautéed the onion and spices!!! It has really warmed up this evening which makes me think we are in for some snow - hate the stuff and have no staff tomorrow so that will make it even more fun - just need to consider all the extra calories I will burn!!! LOL!
 
the snows stopped, the winds dropped and its frozen over already... will be fun trying to get horses out tommorrow. have eaten anything and everything today again but all good :D

PV saturday 4th feb
Breakfast- 2 passion fruit muffins , passion fruit quark icing
Midmorning- 2 mini ham quiches
Lunch- vegetable soup salmon & prawns
Midafternoon-sf jelly & orange mousse
Dinner- steak, 1 1/2 flat mushrooms, grilled tomato, peppercorn sauce, muffin
 
im super chuffed with myself today :D im trying to reduce the snacks to reign myself in a little bit more... so only had my breakfast so far... Hubby is off out cycling so i took the chance to get on the treadmill without him wanting to watch/critisise :eek: and i managed to complete day 1 of the c25k app :D ... got a stitch at the last walk before the last run and pushed myself through it instead of giving up
 
thanks... im starting to ache a bit now after doing all the stables.... bet I wont be able to move tommorrow lol... just about to go out and feed them all again then have a nice soak in the bath
 
Well done on the exercise - way to go!!! I am aching too from my sports massage yesterday and then mucked out 10 horses all bedded on a new bedding that weighed a TON!! Seriously not getting that stuff again!!!! Hope you managed to keep the munchies under control and have a great Dukan day! Your turn to post your before and after pic!!! Don't forget now Ellie!!! LOL!
