Apple crumble sounds nice, let me know what you think.... No midges down here that I have seen but they are evil in Scotland so probably much tougher!!! Gotta do a photo of the dress Ellie! Can't wait to see it. Have had to resort to a seat saver for my poor seat bones as they are still sore this morning. It was much more comfy!!! Weather still cold this morning but not as damp thank goodness so doesn't feel awful!!! Day starting slowly as only have my two new staff and lots of people came with one horse so have taken up loads of time!!! Argh. I put a tablespoon of goji berries in my muffins this morning. Wasnt sure but didn't mind them - tasted a bit like currants! Also cooking the beef in diet coke in the slow cooker so we will see how that turns out - PP day today so might just have all of it!!! LOL

the apple crumble was ok in the muffins... only needed 5ml .... a wee bit of an artificial taste of apple sweets but i dont mind that and i had caramel quark with them so really like a caramel apple pudding for breakfast lol

well had a good food day today, kept myself busy outside so i could stay away from opening the fridge every 30 seconds LOL even managed to work my boy this evening as it had warmed up so much the ground had softened up.... he was less than impressed but needs must as our first show is a week on sunday

Woken up this morning with really bad TOTM pains... couple of days early again...I think the daily asprin i take to thin my blood doesnt help explains the immense cravings ive had this week.
Hubby told me to order a smaller size of the dress as he thinks it may be too big for me... what do men know id rather be comfy with room to breathe than it be too tight and be scared it would burst open... went to order it anyway to prove a point but its out of stock for 7 weeks

Hes taking me shopping to aberdeen tommorrow so im going to severly bash his bank account for shoes bag etc oh and new undies as my spanks and all in one sucky inny body suit are too baggy on me now and dont really do the hold in job any more lol

Ohhh how lush - spend, spend, spend Ellie - hope you get lots of lovely stuff! Maybe look for another dress at the same time just in case you missed anything!!! LOL. I LOVE SHOPPING - but gotta stop cos my bank balance is suffering!! Did order some jodphurs last night online that were in a sale - they only had size 20 in the colour I wanted so went for that - they have belt loops so can always wear a belt if needed!! Look like they actually go to the waist thank goodness!! Really want some bootcut ones but all the ones I have been looking at are £80 so not for now when I hope to lose more weight. Have to buy something for now as not sure my legs can take any more battering from the seams of my jeans/trousers LOL! Gonna try and get some tofu today to make the vanilla cream recipe that CD tried. Not in town this afternoon though so posh farm shop will have to suffice!! Also gonna make fish pie recipe of Chris's tonight. Never just boiled BNS before for mash - does it work okay like that??? x

yeah you just cube it and boil it.... should have gave me a shout for jods I have trade accounts from when I used to do a mobile tack shop... Ive lush waterproof ones that i think im going to try on for myself now im nearly at target as all mines are too big

Shopping is getting addictive... ive just this minute bought an icecream maker lol

Hope you have got loads of strength for your shopping expedition tomorrow - wear comfy shoes and clothes that strip off easily - gonna be doing a lot of stripping!!! LOL. Will treat myself to a nice pair of posh bootleg jodhs when I get to TW until then having the bargain basement ones!!!! Mind you my legs were not hurting today thank goodness!!!

ive had a nice hot bath tonight to keep me out the fridge & cupboards... dont know what i keep expecting to find in them ... maybe chocolate but theres none lol... tummy easing a bit now and have shaved legs etc for tommorrows shopping trip... hubby has said that we may be meeting a guy he works with for lunch as he and his wife are also heading into town. I hate eating with strangers

so all in all anouther good dukan day

what a fab day i had shopping..... kinda bought yet another dress lovely burgundy lace fitted dress....in a size 14 :happy036: I really liked what i saw in the mirror today... and hubby even pointed out my reflection in a mirror over stairs in the shopping centre today and I had 2 look twice at myself was fab browsing the racks in the smaller sizes of clothes rather than quickly looking at them wishing they would fit. met The guy from hubbys work and his wife in a sandwich bar... thankfully you could swap your bread for a large salad

so saturday was PV
Breakfast- 2 nougat muffins, nougat quark icing, black coffee
L- chargrilled chicken salad, black coffee, diet coke
D-salmon with celeriac mash & spinache wilted through it & lemon & mustard dressing (from recipe section) OMG it was delish
snacks- muffin, sf jelly

WOOOO HOOO how exciting Ellie that is great, AMAZING size 14!!!!and it is lovely to hear you be happy with what you see in the mirror - I can't wait for that to happen to me!!! Glad you got another dress too - now you have a choice of what to wear to the wedding - did you get anything else? Nice that hubby made the effort to comment too - gold star to him for today and least (might make up for the Roses tin!!!) LOL..... Looks like you also had a good diet day - a win win all round!!!!

i went for shoes and a bag LOL... actually found the nicest sandals in the cheapest shop in town ....will get a bag on ebay. also seen lovely burgundy suede wedges in primark but didnt have my size so hubby is going to keep checking for me as he works nearby lol. bought tights & 2 pairs of slippers for a £1 ... like slipper socks but just the foot part as they are great for bunging on over my socks when i take boots off lol....hinted i liked the same dress in cream and bronze but i doubt he will buy me it for valentines day lol. also looked at iphones as mines is 2 years old so could be doing with changing it even though it still works perfectly well lol

A good day shopping by the sounds of it then!!!Well done on WI - another pound off isn't it???Woo hoo - mare is rolling around - please be getting on with it - ah no just getting up!!! LOL - guess she will wait till 3 in the morning and then we will be up most of the night - what fun!!! I'm getting too old for this!!!

Oh you can and you will Ellie I am sure of it!!!! What you up to today apart from your running session??? Another ride for the boy in prep for next week??? My last day today for 8 yes 8 yes you heard right 8 days!!! WAHOOOO - anyone would think I hate my job when in fact I really love it but can't wait to have some ME time!! Wonder if I will come home to the house in one piece with Daddy and Ben home alone!!!! Not sure!!!Who cares, I'm going to the spa............... So excited!!! Anyway, glad you had such a lovely day yesterday, every time you think of dipping into anything naughty think how amazing it was to look in the mirror yesterday and LIKE what you saw! No better feeling than that and defo not worth a choccy!!! LOL x

Mare didn't foal but looking very close to it. Slept on the sofa to keep an eye on her even though we have the alarm. She really has changed shape in the last 24 hrs so I think we are close - hope she drops it before I leave on Wednesday morning!

im still undecided whether my mares actually stayed in foal or not.... will see hopefully in the next few weeks if she has as shes a right tart

Hope you had a good day Ellie ad that the drizzle disappeared and you saw some sun!!! Did you manage to fill up on loads of Dukan friendly food!!! I hope so. Still no foal but maybe tonight will be the night!!!HEE HEE! No rush to get up in the morning for me so gonna let Ben snuggle up in bed with me and watch Cbeebies whilst I snooze!!!! He won't believe his luck!!! Then off for a swim and then to Play Planet (soft play centre) for some more exercise!!!! Don't forget to post photos of your dress!!!And you in it obviously!!!LOL!
