Thank goodness my cystitis is slightly better today, was rather uncomfortable yesterday at the show and a nightmare sitting in a pprtaloo trying not to cry out in pain lol managed to get some sachets in asda last night so had one at dinner then another at bedtime didn't yell as much this morning phew

My food over the last few days has been good but no whoosh fairy hmmmm

Ah glad the show was okay and fantastic that people were complimenting you about your weight loss!!! Boy was true to form then!!! LOL! Our boy is gonna be the same today - can feel it in my water!!! Dull here but not raining yet..... Been up since 5.30 getting the cob ready to leave - what is it about black and white cobs??? They just manage to get soooo mucky!!! Had to re-wash his hind legs and tail this morning........ Definately glad we only have one of them!!! Are you back home today???? Glad you got something for the cystitis..... WELL DONE for your good food days.......... Safe journey home - oh how was Glenrothes by the way???? any good shopping?

Yup taking the 2 ponies back home today, they have been happy stuffing their faces with lush grass lol, I'm glad I don't have a coloured as greys are bad enough to keep clean lol coloureds are worse as they are pink skinned lol

Heard from a connie friend yesterday that the stud owner I usually take my girls too is dying of cancer such a lovely man too

Ellie I know how much you love your dresses....saw a bargin yesterday in tescos....new stock wow they do it in beige and black a dressy dress the style and cut was amazing looks expensive dont think they'll last long, fitted just above the knee...depending on hight wish I could do links but I can't defo bargin, wedding, garden party occasion ideal xxx

i seen it today tescos have the clubcard vouchers exchange on so you get double and can spend it on clothes going to swap mines and get some holiday stuff


think im going to have to visit the doc tomorrow :cry: ive just 1 more sachet to take for this cystitus and i swear the pain is getting worse rather than better.... im crying everytime i wee the pains so bad

Maybe you've got a water infection Ellie, best go & get it checked. Make sure you have a full bladder when you go so they can test your pee.

You're really in the zone food-wise, aren't you? WELL DONE! The only cure I know for cystitis is cranberry juice and I suppose we're not allowed that on plan - I hope the doctor comes up with something that works fast, it's horrid. xx

have just been to hand a sample in... the nurse is going to test it and call me back, if its an infection the doctor will write a prescription but if it doesnt show anything they will send it to the labs

well they didnt call back so im taking it that the sample has been sent to the lab for screening what a nightmare as no idea how long that takes. still managed to stick to plan despite hubby calling me today to say he was jacking his job in thankfully he is going to another company to contract so i wont have him under my feet 24 hours a day

Ellie have you tried bicarbonate of soda dissolved in water, it reduces acidity of the urine apparently, its so painful, feel for you. Cx

id been drinking the cystitus sachets but you can only take them for 2 days ..... you should start to feel relief after a few hours but after 2 days of taking them i felt worse

Deffo need antibiotics, they will culture the sample and match the antibiotics to the infection. your very brave. xx

Oh ellie theres nothing worse - ouch! I get it about every 6 months, its always the same bug, fortunately my doctor is really enlightened and starts me off on the antibiotic once ive given a sample. It clears up v quickly with the antibiotic/antibacterial.

The soda bicarb trick works for me as a temporary relief, but if its an infection it wont clear until you have the course of antibiotics. Painkiller also relieves - paracetamol or neurofen.

I hope you get it cleared up soon, xx
