ellies dukan diary the next step Cruise

Going home tomorrow to do some packing .... We are up and Down next week like yoyos as hubby has hospital appointments so moving the horses over 4 days I'll be glad when its all done and they are settled . Hopefully before the snow starts
 
Day 68 PP
B- oatbran porridge, black coffee
S- homemade yoghurt sweetend & flavoured with SF jelly chrystals, black coffee
L- 2 grilled chicken breasts flavoured with smoked paprika
D- 2 salmon fillets 1 poached egg
S- muller light vanilla yoghurt

2 litres water
 
Day 69 PV
B- omlette made with 2 eggs, 2 slices lean bacon & handfull of mushrooms, black coffee
L- 4 rhubarb muffins & sweetened total yoghurt, black coffee
D- chilli made with pork mince(using up freezer) peppers, onions, tomatoes, chilli powder & garlic
S- muffin
2 litres water
 
Busy day today, vet arrived late so couldn't do the foals passport as I was just about to leave for my appointment he did appologise profusely that the numpty receptionist hadn't put in the diary that I needed done first thing and he will come back free of charge next week to do it. Had loads chopped off my hair today and my colour brightened up, I felt fab when I seen my reflection in the shop window lol I avoided the biccis with my black coffee again and they even gave me a lovely glass of water with ice and a slice, very refreshing didn't get lunch till 4 pm though as was so long, moving the horses etc over the weekend I just hope I can survive the diet over the next few days

Day 70 PP
B- poached egg 2 slices lean bacon , black coffee glass water
In hairdressers- 2 black coffee & water
L- few slices turkey 2 rhubarb muffins
D- braised steak
S- total 0% yoghurt sweetend & orange flavouring added with 1/4 tsp cocoa , portion sugar free jelly

several more glasses of water

Ooh, hair sounds lovely! I'm sure you can stay on track the next few days, you've done so well up to now :)
 
I hope so.... think i shall unpack the box for the kitchen again and make a quiche for lunch the next 2 days so that will be them sorted ...just dinner to worry about. builder called today as he was about to start tiling the walls .... my appliances are not being connected till this is done grrr

Hi Ellie, I have read your entire diary and you have done amazingly! I was looking for the recipe for your quiche? I know I've seen it somewhere!!!!

the quiche is in the recipe section...I use 6tbsp of quark instead of cottage cheese. Last night i made salmon @ broccoli which smells very nice

Look at you Ellie :D You have done so well, staying on track and it shows with your weight loss. You should be held up as a testamony to doing it right! Well done and keep it .. . well down ;)
 
Thank you poppy :D that's the 2 ponies we moved today settled in , next 2 come up Monday then the other 2 will come up Wednesday . We arrived here today to a working kitchen so lovely being able to cook properly again

Fantastic to get to a mini goal so soon. Looking forward to hearing about the final move soon. Brand new kitchen eh - jealous - LOL x
 
wooo hooo Ellie that is amazing, your new goal for xmas is totally achievable. Glad the move going mostly to plan, good luck with the rest of the week.
 
Thanks guys :D been out for a carvery dinner tonight and made good choices all round :) I really think Dukan is changing my way of Thinking about food as the sight of roasties & baby potatoes was making me feel sick... especialy the baby potatoes as they were drenched in butter :jelous:

D- lettuce tomatoe cucumber, carrot & beetroot salad to start, then roast beef & turkey cabbage & carrots cauliflower. can of diet coke
S- total yoghurt with sweetener orange flavouring & 1/8th tsp cocoa

2 litres water

ive attached a couple of pics especially for poppy and anyone else thats interested... first one is a before pic of the kitchen (it was from the sales brochure) the other is what we arrived to on saturday :D not great quality as only had my iphone on me... will take more when im back up today

Thank you :D the first picture shows an amazing space (although seriously dated). Loving the new picture. What are those tiles? Are they in bigger blocks? Looks really good, so please take some more and give us the full 360 ;)
 
They are big squares of loose mosiac tiles
