I'm suffering with a bad cold too and sore throat. Nasal douche (as me and hubby call it otherwise known as sudofed nasal spray lol) and lemsips are my friend but I should be calorie counting them haha! Really struggled with shred today because of my breathing/throat :( luckily I'm off work today though!

Hope you feel a bit better soon hun. Don't overdo it with the exercise while you're not well, your body might need some extra rest x

Good morning everyone!

Is it Friday yet?

I'm still feeling really crappy, but I've dragged myself into work. I slept a bit better last night though I drank loads of water yesterday, and covered my chest / throat in Vicks vapour rub last night so that must've helped. Will keep up the fluid intake today.

Went to Moky last night and it was brilliant! Hardest class yet. I really enjoy it, it works all your muscle and you burn loads of calories (Up to 1,000 apparently) So if anyone has Moky classes near them I definitely recommend going!

Think I'm going to have a night off from body magic tonight, the Kettlebells class at my local gym is fully booked up, so I'm thinking an early night is on the cards.

Today's food is looking like this...

Breakfast:
2x Tangerines, Rocky Road Hi-Fi bar (HExB), WW yogurt & cup of peppermint tea

Dinner:
Chicken & sweetcorn mugshot, tangerines, followed by melon & banana & custard muller yogurt.

Tea:
Tomato & herb mugshot, jacket potato covered in grated cheese (HExA) and mixed veg

Evening Snacks:
1x RR Hi-Fi light bar (HExB)
1x Weetabix Oaty bar (3.5syns)
1x Flump (2syns)
21 Special K sour cream & onion cracker crisps (4.5syns)

Good morning everyone :)

Thanks god it's finally Friday!!! :party0011:This week has dragged in. I'm feeling loads better today, still coughing every now and again but my throat / chest feels alot better.

Another busy day at work today, then I'm off to Moky class tonight at 6:15pm, ready to do some more fat burning. I'm having a bigger than average bowl of veg soup for my dinner today, so that it puts me on until after Moky class. I don't like eating anything before exercising, makes me feel really sick.

Today's food is looking like this...

Breakfast:
2x Tangerines, banana, Rocky Road Hi-Fi bar (HExB) & cup of green tea

Dinner:
Big bowl of homemade vegetable soup (Carrots, leeks, potatos, onions, stock) & WW yogurt

I love weekends. I had a lovely lie in and today I'm having a chill out day, watching some films, then I'm going to spend some time with my niece. My cough is also alot better, just coughing a few times now, wooo.

Having a takeaway with Liam tonight, good old chicken chow mein, nom!

Hey everyone!

What a lovely day it is today. I've been to Asda to stock up on some food for this weeks tea's (Diet coke chicken & mushy pea curry) also had my little car washed because it was absolutely pitted. So now I'm going to have a nice chilled out afternoon, going to do some more catching up on The Vampire Diaries, I've only got 4 episodes left of series 4, boooo. Does anyone know where I can watch series 5? Has it already been aired in the UK?

I'm going to try and make the SW diet coke chicken receipe that I've seen on alot of blogs / IG, so fingers crossed it turns out ok.

G & Bev - Still not 100% better, but I'm getting there, thank you :) Also my niece is 7 months old, such a little cutie. Love her to bits.

Morning everyone, Monday again! Urgh, I hate Mondays.

Just a quick post today as I've got a million and one things to do, I love being kept busy but it really stresses me out.

Ended up having no syns yesterday, the diet coke chicken, rice & veg really filled me, which is great! Planned another low syn day today as well - Weigh in tomorrow and I'm feeling a bit bloated again :( I'm making the SW mushy pea curry tonight, can't wait to taste it, hope it taste as good as everyone says.

Bevvy - Thanks for the kind words :) that's nice to know. I really needed to change my meals because I was starting to get bored of what I was eating.

Morning everyone!

Well thankfully yesterday flew in, so we're one day closer to the weekend already, woooo!

Had another syn free day yesterday, which is very, very strange for me! I normally have a proper sweet tooth and make sure I have at least some sysn, but for the past 2 days I haven't felt up to eating anything 'synful' (As I type this though I'm craving EVERYTHING sugary)

I had a sneaky peak at the scales this morning as well (I know I shouldn't!) but I feel fat, bloated & horrible!! The scales showed a maintain!! And I don't even know if they even weigh the same as the SW scales. Grrrrr!!! Put me in a right mood today. A maintain is better than a gain though eh? Here I go again, panicking about class tonight.

Arrghhhh! Roll on Wednesday, I'm sick of Tuesday already.

(Going swimming tonight at 7pm, so I can take my anger out on in the water, haha!)
