Morning everyone, Monday again! Urgh, I hate Mondays.
Just a quick post today as I've got a million and one things to do, I love being kept busy but it really stresses me out.
Ended up having no syns yesterday, the diet coke chicken, rice & veg really filled me, which is great! Planned another low syn day today as well - Weigh in tomorrow and I'm feeling a bit bloated again
I'm making the SW mushy pea curry tonight, can't wait to taste it, hope it taste as good as everyone says.

that's nice to know. I really needed to change my meals because I was starting to get bored of what I was eating.

Breakfast:
Chopped banana covered in WW vanilla yogurt, Alpen light bar (HExB) & a cup of green tea
Mid-morning Snack:
2x tangerines & cup of green tea
Dinner:
Chicken & sweetcorn mugshot, WW toffee yogurt, 2x tangerines & cup of peppermint tea
Tea:
SW Mushy pea curry (Chicken strips, mushy peas, baked beans, chopped tomatoes & curry powder) with boiled rice & mixed veg
Evening Snacks:
1x Alpen light bar (HExB)
2x Cheestring (HExA)
HExA - 2x Cheestrings
HExB - 2x Alpen light bars
