Hey, oh yay thanks very much for letting me know! I'm going to Morrisons tomorrow anyway to get some more Mullers & Special K Chewy bars, so I'll get some lowlow meals whilst I'm there :) xx
 
Had the serious munchies tonight, opened a bag of Cadburys marvellous creations mix ups and ending up eating the full bag, along with 2x Milkybars. Oops!

All syns are accounted for, obviously just need a few low syn days under my belt now lol

We all have the munchies now and again, like you say it's not gonna hurt as long as you have a few low sun days. Hope you enjoyed the choccy. Is it starting to sink in yet that you're so close to target now? Xx

Hey everyone,

Quick post today with my eats. I'm absolutely buzzing today, my little niece Sophia has said my name for the first time :) I'm chuffed to bits, she's a clever lass.

Bevvy - It's proper hit me that I'm nearly at target and 8 stone lighter than I was in Sept 2012. It's mental like, I just hope my body gives in and loses this last 4lb soon lol.

Breakfast:
Strawberries, raspberries & banana & custard Muller

Dinner:
Asda Chicken & Mango salad (3syns) with a chicken fillet

Tea:
Cumberland ham, jacket tatie & salad

Snacks:
2x Alpen light bars (HExB)

HExA - 250ml semi-skimmed milk
HExB - 2x Alpen light bars

Good morning everyone, what a lovely morning it is.

I've got a busy day at work then I'm off to Spinning & legs, bums and tums class tonight, really looking forward to both.

Mother Nature has made an appearance this morning again though... Grrrr! I could kill her, I feel horrible & so bloated I just hope it doesn't affect tomorrows weigh in. I'm having a synfree Red day today and I'm going to drink plenty of water, so I'm hoping that might help with the bloatedness.

Anywho, hope everyone has a great day!

Emma, your food sounds good for today! I must take a leaf out of your book and maybe just replicate a few days. I'm feeling a tad stuck and doing Extra Easy and I reckon I'm having too much so this looks good to me.
But of course you're doing a disgusting amount of exercise too :) I haven't quite got there yet. Hope you have a good day.

I'm amazed at how on plan you can stay! The slightest thing and I get thrown off!! Well done. I'm sure you will see a fab loss this week!!
The 2lb loss I was hoping for was probably thrown out the window yesterday, as I ended up having a little binge on chocolate, a fish finger sandwich and curry, oh and a bottle of wine to wash it all down. Plus jelly babys and lucozade lite. lol

I feel massively having a binge right now - Sometimes I really hate being a girl!!!! I'm just pleased that I have no synable things to munch on. I only have fruit and yogurt in the fridge at work, haha!

Really hoping for a loss tomorrow, but seen as though it's * week I will be happy with a maintain.

Aww I feel for you hun. I'm suffering with * week crappiness too. It affects me in completely the opposite way to you as I pretty much have to force myself to eat for the first few days as I get such bad cramps, but either way its rubbish. Well done on resisting the crap, just try and fill up on some yummy fruit.

Don't worry too much about WI tomorrow, bloating around TOTM can be rubbish, I'm sure your loss will show next week and you'll get an extra smashing loss to compensate ya xx
 
4lbs is so close to target!!! I recon you could still lose this week, you've been ultra good! Good on you on not having a binge.
I'm feeling it today. I might have to make something chocolatey later, my mum made half a syn brownies the other day which were nice, but just a bit too much sweetner in them. But they killed a craving.
 
I've just been reading up about your daily calorie allowance, and in order to lose 1lb per week you need to lower your calorie intake by 500 cals a day (3500cals per week)

I actually might start to jot my calorie intake down I think. According to Google my calorie maintenance level is 2200 per day - So in order to lose 1lb per week I need to consume no more than 1700 calories a day.

So even though I'll still follow the Slimming World plan, I'm going to try and keep my calorie intake to below 1700 per day.
