well ive been a bit all over the place the last two days, but i am now checking in from my uni house :D:D have been out for a meal with my parents before they headed back and had a creamy chicken and mushroom risotto :confused: not sure on syns but it wasnt particularly special so i feel like i wasted them a bit and should have just had a pizza! anyway, never mind! im starting properly again in the morning :) xx

I imagine it will be easier to keep your food syn-free at uni, but maybe not the drinks?! Good luck anyhow, and I bet you got lots of compliments on how fab you're looking from people you've not seen all summer :)

it will, i have just sat and planned my meals for the week and made my shopping list! yeah have to be good food-wise to make up for all the drinking haha! xx
 
friday 17th september - red day

brekkie: weetabix (A&B)

lunch: cheese on toast (A&B) and a few grapes

dinner: salmon, brocolli, cauliflower and courgettes

total syns - 0


yes, yes i know i should have had at least 5 syns :p but i have been very naughty the past few days and i have a sneaky feeling the next few days are going to be bad on the alcohol front so i was happy to go without :) my friend is moving into the house today (sat) so i wont be on my own any more yipppeeeeee!! xx
 
saturday 18th september - green day

brekkie: weetabix (A&B)

lunch: cheesy omelette, (A) and a banana

dinner: spag bol, (B+6 syns as not sure on the quantity of meat i had in it)

total syns - 6
 
monday 20th september - green day

brekkie: weetabix (A&B)

lunch: jacket potato with cheese (A) and beans

dinner: morrocan cous cous (1.5 syns) with chicken (B)

drinks: went out with the uni girls; 1 vodka diet lemonade, 2 cheeky vimtos and 1 shot of apple sours (25 syns?:confused:)


total syns - 26.5
 
i was supposed to weigh myself this morning but i got woken up really early by my housemate arriving and i was so tired that i automatically went and scoffed my weetabix :rolleyes: and i didnt want to weigh myself after eating that, as i have to weigh myself at boots now because i forgot to bring my scales back with me!! :doh: will go tomorrow!! xx

Why don't you buy yourself some new scales to start using first thing again? I picked mine up a couple of months ago pretty cheap from Argos.
I was weighing before at Boots on a Saturday, but found that depending on what kind of morning I was having, the time of day could change drastically (like anytime between 9am and 1pm!!) and I might have eaten breakfast, I might not, I might have had a drink... too many variables for my liking, so I much prefer having my own scales and having the control to weigh first thing in the morning before I've had chance to eat or drink anything!!
 
weighed in this morning and i have lost 2lbs this week! :) this is now the first time in a good few years i have been under 14 stone so very pleased with myself!! xx

Well done Emma-Louise, I am 4lbs away from 14stone, really want a 3lb loss to get under 200 this week and then 2lb next week to get into the 13's!!! How exciting

yeah i didnt get there in the end, i was thinking of buying a pair but im worried ill fork out a bit of money for them and they wont be accurate :eek: im gonna wait til im home for a weekend i think and bring my home ones back down with me :)

well i usually weigh first thing, no brekkie and in the nuddy, so there will already be a difference on the boots scales as i will be fully clothed - otherwise i might get arrested haha :p xx
