Emma's Baby weight has got to go

Did a norty thing
I weighed myself this morning......bad girl Emma.....bad

scales registered a 1/2lb loss.........I hope it continues.....I would like a 2lb loss this week to reach the 1.5 stone mark :D

I had the eggy loaf cold yest for lunch. It was lovely , will def be taking it if I go on picnics.xx

2 boiled eggs and mini melba toast (0.5)

Lunch:
Banana

Dinner:
Bacon (hexb) 2 quorn sausages (2 syns) baked beans, grilled tomatoes, cubed potatoes and fried onions, tomato sauce (1 syn)

Supper:
Wholemeal (hex b) roll with Cheese (hexa) and onion

Cadbury's light chocolate Mousse 3 syns

TOTAL 6.5 syns
 
How is this for cheek.

When I started this journey nearly 9 weeks ago (OMG has it been that long ?), there were a lot of sceptics in my family. My Aunt and Cousin were the stand out ones with their comments about how I would fail, how nothing would work, that my losses were flukes

Those comments really cut me, this is my family after all but it made me more determined.
Now I am 19lbs lighter and would you believe that they have the cheek to call and txt me and ask me my advice.
I mean they are constantly bombarding me with texts and fb messages about Healthy extras and syns

Now I don't mind helping anyone but this is really starting to stick in my throat

How can you knock someone else and then ask for that person's help..............Surely they could have at least said Sorry

Whichever don't let them rile you. Your better than that. And yes you've done brilliantly and you will be at goal soon.wooohoooo.xx

Your aunt & cousin should be ashamed of themselves but they are eating there words because they can see how well you have done and now want your advice, take it as a compliment, or if you want to really show them tell them it's 4 healthy b's a day ;-) haha only kidding that's evil :) x

Personally I think they were EXPECTING me to fail because........well come on, we've all tried every diet known to man with very little to show for it. They are very much Fad diet kind of people and you can tell by the kind of questions they are asking me about Carbs etc lol.

I don't think either of them are ready to take on SW..........They are looking for a quick fix but I dont think they understand that SW is a life change rather than a diet..... I can't see them sticking with it but I will reserve judgement

Thanks Lucy, I look forward to the day I reach my target but till then I will enjoy all the little mini goals I can achieve a long the way

It is Evil but I still laughed regardless lol

They are planning a Pre diet blow out.....not something I did myself and I can't see how it will help in the long run. I think they are gonna find SW hard because neither one has much discipline and just wants a quick fix
 
My other half gave me £50 to buy new clothes today, I think he's just sick of seeing me knocking about the place in the same old jeans, day in day out lol
So I took myself off to M&S. 1st on the list............New Bras............I'm still wearing the maternity ones
Had to get re-measured
42G.........Now 40 DD..............Thats 2 inches less around and 3 cup sizes smaller
I guess my boyfriend was right.............I am losing my boobs lol

Bought 3 new tops in size 18 (though I now think they might be a bit big, so I'm gonna try them on and get my fella's opinion
and a lovely new pair of jeans in a nice light blue.............Size 18.....woooooHooooooo

I even bought a lovely red skirt in the sale in a szie 16..............I am so determined that I will make it one of my new goals
 
im on extra easy and love it i love sw i cant do red and green they are easy i know but too much working out with ee i know what i can and cant have good luch with the diet sounds like your doing well i love it because its not like a diet more a healthy lifestyle that to be honest doesnt really feel like one

wholemeal spag bol (passata, mixed peppers, onions, peas, quorn mince, mixed herbs, basil, soy sauce, cracked black pepper)
primula light cheese (1/2 hexa)

Supper:
Wholemeal (hex b) roll with Cheese (hexa) and onion

WW Spicy tomato and basil crisps (like wotsits) 3.5 syns

Tried on all my new clothes last night and my boyfriend was very very pleased lol

Today I am starting off my day in bras that fit, underwear that isn't stretched and baggy lol and jeans that don't require a belt
I know I still have a long way to go but I'm enjoying me.....Now

Bet you felt well chuffed buying your clothes in smaller sizes. You will be a yummy mummy.lol

I think it's them lovely incentives and accomplishes that keep us going.

I loved the KFC....Ok there was no yummy skin but I didn't miss it and I didn't have the bloated feeling I used to get after I ate the 'real' stuff

Attempted to make my own 'JELLY SWEETS' yesterday using Soda Stream Cola (in concentrated form) 1/2pt of Boiling water and 2 sachets of Gelatine.
The idea was to make something resembling Cola bottles and with the use of some silicone Ice cube/moulds we did just that..........They tasted just like the real thing
Would recommend 3 sachets of gelatine for a firmer sweet
 
At my mums again today so you just know that I have cheated in some form today

My day started with Caitlin having her very first meal....weaning has begun..........She wasn't impressed with Baby rice but loved the rusk, even if there was more on her PJs than in her mouth

Then I found out my Bank card had been cloned and I had been robbed of £100...........which was taken while I was in a meeting at my daughter's school. *******s
Spent the best part of the morning getting my card cancelled, ordering new ones and Pins and getting the bank to investigate

Went to my Mums.............discovered it was that TOTM....nearly 2 weeks early :(..........ate a little chocolate and takeaway chips............Thats my weigh in ruined for tomorrow

Too busy to stop and eat

Dinner:
Wholemeal roll (hexb) Primula light cheese (hexa) salad and chip shop chips
Chocolate mallow
couple of hula hoops

Loads of Tea and Diet Pepsi

Damn I feel angry with myself.......Just getting my monthlys is gonna be a problem for my weight loss without having eaten ***** too

I only want 2lbs so I can reach my next mini goal but I will settle for STS.....no gains.....plzzzzzzzzz no gains

I am so chuffed because I have now passed another of my goals.

I have lost OVER 1 and 1/2 stones in 9 weeks

A total of 21.5lbs

Sorry to hear about your bank card there is some gits about, bet you are fuming, hope you get it sorted, will the bank give you the £100 pound back? I hope so. Xx
