Emma's diary- a new start

I am finding SW really good and havent really been hungry. I was originally going to be following the red days but i ended up following easy extra. I struggled the first few days with heb but now i just use it on shreddies. I have been cooking a lot more as well. Have make some nice meals from the sw mag - chicken curry, beef bourguignon and also butternut squash soup and veggie soup. x
 
Woo hoo 2nd weigh in and another 3lbs gone. Am so pleased with that! I have been so good this week. I havent started exercising yet thought- so maybe this week I will start exercising. X
 
Aw well done on the loss, that's awesome!
Those recipes sound lush too!
 
Did you manage to start your Body Magic yet? I picked up the sheets at my class last week but shamefully admit to not getting around to it yet :(
 
Well i had my weigh in tonight and I put on half a pound. I am actually really disappointed!! I have been really good!! The only thing i can think of that may have made a difference is that a couple of days this week i have forgotten to take my thyroid medication which does normally result in me putting on weight. Anyway theres nothing I can do about it. So here to a good week and hopefully a loss. Not going to give up like I would usually do when I put on!! Have got a holiday to Spain to loose weight for lol.

Geekette, I havent started exercising yet so maybe I will start this week!! I have been looking at the timetable for out local swimming pool. Eventually I would love to go back to the gym - but maybe im too big for it at the moment.

Well I have had a good week since Monday. The weekend was pretty bad, but I am back on track. I have also changed my target as i felt it was was to high to achieve by July and felt really daunting. So I have lowered it and will try so hard to get there.
I have decided that Im not going to be going to the SW meetings anymore as i was only paying to be weighed and then going home.- So im going to weigh myself at home and on my scales every Sat am. I have also changed the day as Saturday suits me better (I did have a sneaky peak at the scales this morning and was a lb down so im hoping I can make that 2lbs by Sat)
 
Hey Emma. glad its going well and well done on being 1lb down. hope you manage another one by sat.

You've set the same goal as me for July! Will need to keep each other on track! would be so good to get there :)
 
Well, in the end I decided to go to my SW meeting. I lost 1lb this week. Am happy with that considering I had a bad weekend. x

I havent been on here for a few weeks as been really struggling. Althought ive not put much back on I havent been following Slimming World at all.
Ive got 15 weeks untill I go to Spain with my family and if im honest im dreading it. I hate the heat in this country especially being the size I am- how the hell am I going to cope with the heat in Spain!! I feel so uncomfortable in the summer I dread it every year. I have been thinking about this a lot and been reading a lot of diaries on here. Ive realised that instead of just thinking about it and feeling sorry for myself im going to get off my backside and do something about it. So tomorrow morning im going to the gym for the first time in over a year. Im hoping to go 5 times a week and also start following Slimming World again and try and loose as much weight as I possibly can. Im not setting any weight targets, im just going to put 100% into it and see where I am in 15 weeks!! Hopefully I will loose some weight in that time!!
