And i'm only doing a half day today! Double whammy!!

Right, how to start

A year ago last August, out of NOWHERE my nan and grandad told me they were separating (an different story) so i needed to find somewhere to live as they would be selling the house this year (2008).

They orginally told me April but at the weekend, they suddenly said the house would be up on the market in January. I was like that only gives me 8 weeks.

So anyway, the council basically told me i had no chance in hell (literally) and my only option was private rental. So i looked into some flats in Aldershot which were too expensive for me on my own.

I'm quite a private person and couldnt share with 'just anyone' so i asked my sister if she was interested. (Whole other story but she is 18 and on benefits - she basically cares for my mum who is agorophobic and amongst other things very very lazy!)

So there we were looking for a 2 bedroomed flat and wondering if we could manage when something comes up. Dont really want to go into too many details because i dont want to jinx it nor do i want to get excited!!!!! My dad's wifes parents have brought a new house and she mentioned it to them we were looking for a place to live and they still have their old house. They are talking it over and we may be able to rent it from them.

So thats my news! If you managed to stay awake and havent topped yourself with boredom already then RESULT! lol xxx

That's great news Emma, fingers crossed it all works out for you. I kept my house when I moved in with Keith and my son and a couple of his mates rent it from me and it works very well.

Oh renting for the first time is soooo scary but sooo exciting! you will have a ball!! I remember the first time the fuse blew in my own place, I was actually terrified! Had no idea what to do! lol!! What an adventure youre about to start!!
