i really struggled getting back on track since having my break, where ive been stressed out ive just not been in the right mind set + didnt want to start + then give up + binge! anyways i saw my cdc yest + after 9 days of eating pretty badly i was so anxious to get weighed but turned out i only put half pound on- fewwww!!!! that give me the motivation to start again + i feel much better now like i did before, my determinations back + my goal firmly in my mind! im excited about it again which is vital for getting through the 1st few days! looking foward to sat weigh in + hoping to loose 8.5lb again like 1st week so makes up for my time off! hope your well x

Ive managed to stay 100% since fri (my re-start) im on day 3 again today, im really hungry + tired but i plan on sticking with it as i know how good i will feel on sat if i have a good weight loss + how bad i will feel if i give up + i cant be dealing with any more guilt right now. cant wait to be back in ketosis so im not starving lol im feeling alot more hungry + less energy + more headaches this time than last but im not suprised considering how much carbs/junk i had leading up to re-start. i know this discomfort will be worth it.
Glad to hear your son is better now. I LOVE the porridge too!!! i cant believe i put of trying it for so long. In the past ive stuck to tetras + bars because i dont like the soup + didnt bother with powered shakes. Now i get to eat something warm im made up im planning on doing 1 day CD + 1 day slim + save, purely because i like aspects of both diets + losses should be the same. I love the maple porridge + choc mint + peanut bar of CD + not ready to give them up just yet or my weigh ins untill im a few weeks back on track. From the samples ive tried so far from S&S i love the spicy spaggetti, chilli, and truffa bars- dont mind the cottage pie. So overall i think ill find it alot easier to stick to long term : brek: porridge lunch: porridge/meal pack dinner: meal pack and snack: bar! hopefully when i finish + get on to maintance i'll find my eating habits will change to having 3 regular meals this way.
Please let me know how you get on at weigh in + i'll be sure to updates you on sat x

The truffa bars are YUM!! smaller than CD bars but really choclately (in my opinion) im yet to try the praline bars + they have excellent reviews so im looking foward to that!! truffa bars are back in stock week commencing 28th may ive been told. if you get in contact + ask a question the team (rob so far) has been so good at giving advice + answers my question sooo quick! i asked him how i could try a praline bar before making an order as it wasnt available when i ordered my samples + he said he'd post me 1 tommorrow for free :O now thats customer service lol i HIGHLY reccommend trying the spicy spagetti YUM + im not a lover of spag bol! ive had a CD day today as ran out of S&S stuff- 2 maple porridges + 2 choc tetras as ice cream was nice but would of preferd a meal of spag bol + a truffa bar + porridge! + im worried freezing the tetras to make ice cream take the vitamins out of them do u no?? having them as a shake isnt the same at all!!! x

im going down to essex early tommorrow morning to visit my nan as shes not well at all + cant stand being this far away from her! im going to have to miss some very important classes at uni + mock exams etc but its tough family comes 1st + i will come back in 2 weeks just before my exams + take my revision stuff with me + hopefully ill be able to concentrate down there + get revision done!
i have quite a few cd porridges so will take them to last me a few days + will order slim + save to there so dont have to cart anything there/back! just hope i can stick with this am im desperate to loose the weight! im on day 5 today been 100% + over the worst again! im so determined + cant see myself giving in to stress.. just worried about going out with my friends as i only ever see them once a year now + dont want to have the attitude of drinking to enjoy myself but im only human + just going to take it 1 day at a time + try my best as thats all i can do! not getting weighed untill i get back now as my nan doesnt have scales at her flat + its going to be soooo strange as i weigh myself every morning without fail! lets hope for good results when i get back! sorry for the rant its like therapy talking to you haha hope your ok? xx
