DAY - EE

Breakfast:
fruit salad
some chicken subway salad (i bought this for lunch but ended up eating the chicken and half the salad as soon as i got it lol)

Lunch:
mac and cheese and the rest of the salad

Dinner:
fanta chicken with noodles and lots of onions, pepper and carrot

HEb:
hifi bar

HEa:
cheese

Syns:
salad dressing - 2
prawn hoops and crosses - 4
2 celebrations - 4

10 for the day

lots of superfree today :D

bought a cauliflower today to try the pizza base you can make using it. not sure what that'll be like but i'm not a fan of cauliflower so i'm hoping it's a hit. having used smash as a pizza base before, i'm up for testing this out cos it would mean a "pizza" like this would be free on either red, green or EE days ;)

Cauliflower pizza base!?!?! I'v never heard of this. Let me kno how it turns if u don't mind. I'm not a fan of cauliflower either but if it's nice it wud b well handy 2 ave an any-day-free pizza

i saw the recipe online a while ago but hadn't tried it and saw it mentioned on a thread on here so thought right...i'm giving it a bash!

DAY - GREEN

Breakfast:
rice pudding, blackberries, blueberries, chopped banana, frozen raspberries & yog stirred through

Lunch:
boiled potatoes and some beans
(was out, starving & couldn't get a baked potato anywhere...this was the best option unless i wanted chips! lol. pat on the back to me lol)

Dinner:
quorn chilli with ryvita
fruit salad and yog

HEb's:
4 dark rye ryvita
hifi bar

HEa's:
nothing yet, might have a cheddar stick later

Syns:
crisps - 5.5
half a crunchie - 5

10.5 for the day :D

Your food looks so minimal today! I think it's cos I'm a carb fiend and there's none with dinner lol hope you're good x

i'd never usually have just that for dinner but i'd had the boiled potatoes when i was out and the plan had been chilli with baked potato for dinner but i didn't want to have them twice...(even though i could have) plus it was after 7 before i was making it so thought it was a bit late?

had my goodies but kinda hungry now so it wasn't my best idea :-/ lol x

cauliflower crust pizza topped with onion, pepper, mushroom and ham
(never again...it was horrible :( )

45g mozzarella

Amy...i cannot describe how bad i thought it was!
i'm still feeling icky and i'd have been as well eating spoonfuls of cauliflower and garlic on their own...cos that's all i can taste and my OH says i stink lol.

never ever ever again honestly! i'll take the smash pizza base any day lol

if you don't like cauliflower much...don't do it!
lesson learned at this end but A for effort and my consumption of superfree me thinks hehe

there are def things we can optimise...this will never, for me, fall in to the do-able category x
 
well it was a wee 1lb off for me tonight...slowly but surely eh ;)

DAY - GREEN

fruit salad, a boiled egg and some chickpea dahl loaf

Dinner:
pasta bake (freezer portion, loaded with superfree :) )
left over fruit

HEb's:
35g cooked chicken/half a scan bran cake
hifi bar

HEa's:
cheese

Syns:
2 celebrations - 4
hoops and crosses - 4.5

8.5 for the day
 
Im hoping so :) would like to lose more than 2 this week just cz I put 2 on last week but my own scales are saying otherwise.. cant help but get on them lol

piece of sw quiche and dahl loaf

Mac and cheese (freezer portion) and a few gulps of homemade soup for superfree

Dinner:
quorn burger with cheese on a wm roll and sw chips....bloody delish! i love sw for dinners like this lol
