Everyday's a SW day :) x

* update*

didn't have the goodies...got a jaggy belly...probably that bloody meal! lol.

every cloud and all that - hehe x

Hey Hon

Just catching up - well done on your 7 days of 100% and VERY well done with the 5lb loss! Thats so good and you have been eating so well and really enjoying SW all over again. Great News!

The last few times we have been to F&Bs have been sooooo disappointing and it is really expensive in there for the quality of the food and the drinks are astronomical. We only ever have to go there when its my niece or nephews birthday, but the food has really gone downhill..

Whats a jaggy belly?!?

x

just had jaggy pains in my tummy - kinda felt like bad wind...but without the farting lol.

better today though.

totally agree about F & B's. their lunch menus are well worth the money, think a 3 course is £10.95 and although we didn't get 3 courses, we were in before 5pm so we were able to order off the lunch menu meaning money wise, it was ok.
agree with the drinks being pricey tho. but i always just order 1 juice and a glass of water...free refills on the draught juice means i can drink away from my OH's and only pay for 1 ;) lol

re the loss...thank you!
think i needed to see something happening on the scales and i know most of it was probably fluid but considering i was telling myself not to be disappointed at 1lb...it was def a pleasant surprise! :D x

finally got the lemon greek yogs from aldi to try - really liked them. not that keen on the coconut ones which is a shame cos they're free....gonna have to wait until the muller ones are on offer again before i'll be having them for 1/2 a syn each.

star week was due to appear yesterday but so far, hasn't arrived. was hoping to have it on time so that i had a few days til i WI on monday...aww well...not much i can do really :-/

hope everyone's ok x

You seem so focussed and on plan lately! Go you! I can see that your loss must have really motivated you, are you sticking to the monthly WI's? xxx

na, i've decided that if i'm going back to basics, i'm going to go back to weighing on a monday again - even just to begin with? but going to try and not get too focussed on the numbers cos i know that even before, i had a gain usually once every 4 weeks and was always ok with it...because i was always on plan!

just need to see how i go eh :)

but as i type this, my OH just offered me a slab of birthday cake which is left from earlier in the week...
"would you like a bit?"
"i'd love a bit...but no thanks" !!! ;) yay! lol

bet you're dying for your WI...look forward to seeing how you get on x

Yeah going back to basics is always good. I love the idea of a monthly weigh in, but don't know whether I'd have the discipline to stick to plan for all that time without the results! Despite my annoyance at not getting my WI last week I've actually enjoyed the fact it's over 2 weeks. Might try and stick to a 2 week WI, at least then I should always get a decent loss. Those cr*ppy low loss weeks really get me down! I'll see how I feel next weekend though and decide then.

Well done for resisting the birthday cake, its so tough when its something you'd really love to have! xxx

the lower losses were getting to me too and that's kinda why i changed. but then it was all about the same time when i wasn't really doing what i should've been so no wonder i wasn't seeing results!

gonna try weekly just now...then when i'm 100% sure i'm where i need to be, mentally, i might try and leave it a wee bit longer....it's always easy to give other people advice and say well done for half a lb loss....but not when it's ourselves huh!? x

aww girls...
i'm sooo not feeling well today :(

star week arrived and woke me in pain this morning and i've just felt crap all day.

i've been ok the last few months cos i've not taken it until later in the day, which has given me a chance to get food in to my system, take tablets and keep my sugar levels up and that's meant i've avoided the sickness and faint feeling i get when my blood sugars drop...but not today :(

i've not had a good day food wise...can't stomach anything remotely decent and today has seen me eat 2 slices of raisin toast, a bowl of fruit and fibre a biscuit and some cake (tried a yog but couldn't even finish it :( )

the cake was for instant sugar hit cos i couldn't find my dextro energy tablet things...wasn't even that nice...and here was me saying no thanks to it last night!

had so much to get done about the house today but been in and out of bed with a hot water bottle most of the day

i'm so hungry but just feel queasy. my OH has just ordered a grill box which i think is full of chicken type stuff, pakora, doner meat etc from the indian. my plan is to pick at the chicken and salad if i can, i have ww pitta breads i can use but to be honest, the aim is just to pick at whatever i can without wanting to be sick.

was going to make chicken stroganoff but can't be bothered cooking and the thought of the creamy sauce is putting me off.
so the plan is i will try and do a red day tomorrow and have it then.

trying not to give myself too much grief for not eating sw foods today...when i feel like this, the thought of "wet food" turns my stomach - sauces, yogurts, etc. the cereal was a struggle and i left the milk which helped. things like crisps or bread seem easiest but i've been mindful not to gorge on them although i did have half a packet of plain crisps earlier when one or two from my OH's packet went wrong hehe

eurgh! what a sorry state i am...stupid mother nature :(

hope everyone is ok and having a great weekend...should be back to normal tomorrow x

Haha, completely! In reality I know any loss is great, but I'm not really happy unless its 2lbs a week or something similar. I think its just a time thing, 1/2lb a week would take me YEARS to get to goal, I'd be fine if I had 7lbs to lose, but not with 7st left xxx

well...couldn't weigh this morning...cos the scales weren't working :(
(Bev...have you cursed me! lol)

i decided that seeing as i always use those ones, i didn't want to go search for others...but the fact that i dived into my mother's day Thornton's last night would've no doubt shown me an unhappy number the morning after anyway lol

so...next week it is for me!

anyway...food for today has been yummy...have really enjoyed it :D
