Evenin' all....
happy to report a loss of 4lbs this morning...and off to a great start for a new week!
as usual, i was cooking this morning...made quiche, quorn lasagne, rice pudding, roulade...the usual stuff to help save time through the week when it comes to preparing my food for work
DAY - GREEN
Breakfast:
the last of my banoffee 1/2 syn roulade with some yog
skinny cappuccino with sugar free caramel syrup
Lunch:
a bite of this or that once it was cooked...had some lasagne, a taste of my quiche and 1/2 HEb carrot oats which i'd forgotten to have when i made some the other day
Dinner:
quorn lasagne, sw chips and salad
bowl of fruit salad with yog and an alpen light crumbled over
HEb's:
alpen light and 17.5g oats
not used the other one today
HEa's:
45g mozzarella
skimmed milk in my cuppa this morning

crisps - 5.5
