Lowering the tone of my poor diary with all your dirty talk.

But I definitely earned at least 6 APs yesterday catching up.

Just about to update my diary.
Don't you lot catch up on it... we don't want any of that here thanks haha
 
Today went quite quickly, but seemed really long.
Like it was split into a whole bunch of different sections.

There was the gym section where I did my wednesday night body combat class this morning instead of then as I'll be working.
So quite chuffed I'm not missing out on that this week, and I'm doing my other weds night class (body tone) tomorrow at 930 (straight after my gym workout).

Then I went to my grandma's for lunch.
Had a WW spag bol followed by fruit salad.

On saturday I discovered I can have up to 27g (I'm sure that was the number) of Anchor Light Squirty Cream for just 1pp, so I stuck 20g of squirty cream on my fruit salad.
Pudding for just 1pp.
It was so yummy.
Chopped up banana with strawberries & grapes, topped with squirty.
Mmmmm.

Then it was time for my first shift as a paid member of staff.
It went ok I think.
I messed up a few tannoy announcements, and kept getting paranoid I'd forgotten to write something down or sign something or this and that, but I'm sure I'll get there.
I'd much rather be on the shop floor though, dealing with the customers there and putting out stock on stuff.
I have to rely on other members of staff to do their jobs properly so much, and some of them aren't very reliable at all.
And then I'm the one that looks bad/gets the stick from the customer, but I can't leave and do it myself, even though I know damn well I'd be 10 times quicker.
Argh!!

Then came home and decided to stick a Leslie Sansone 1 mile video on.
It looks really easy when you watch them, but when you do them, they definitely get your heart going.
I'd like to do a few more of these to help keep my steps up.
They're not gonna be as high as they were when I was working on the shop floor, but I can do my best to get them higher than they would be.

Then straight to aquafit.
That was ok, but then it was dinner time.

WW Lasagne (7pp), McCains Micro Chips (4pp) and some lettuce (0pp).
A nice 11pp dinner.
Mmm mmm mmm.

So now I'm just chilling out, seeing what's been going on on here (nearly said catching up on the forums but that's not a phrase I can use anymore hahaha) and watching a bit of tele.

Got tomorrow off work - so the plan is to go to the gym, go to body tone, make a birthday card for my best friend's mum's birthday on wednesday - if I'm being uber productive, might make a couple more cards for friends with birthdays in the first week of July, stick on some washing and then maybe do some tidying of my room.
I already know the tidying won't happen, but I'm pretending I'm giving it serious contemplation.
Also wanna get another Leslie video in and maybe try and finish my jigsaw which I've been working on for months and I'm stuck on.
Be nice to get it finished, because I've got about another 8 jigsaws I wanna do (I'm such a jigsaw freak haha - and I can get them at a reasonable price at one of the local charity shops, so keep buying them when they catch my eye).
Might, if it's nice, go for an actual walk outside.
But we'll see how that goes.

Gonna go get some snacks.
Got 3 points left.
Debating whether to have a gold bar (3pp) or a microwaved pink & white (1pp) and some ice cream (2pp). Or a pack of mini party rings (3pp)

Today went quite quickly, but seemed really long.

Wow u had a busy day hun. Glad the new job went ok. Y dnt u try lesley 2 mile coz with al the classes u do i think u need sumthing bit more harder to break asweat,just a thort hun. Your fruit salad luks amazing. Well i think im headin for a fall this week on thursday but it serves me rite after the wkend i had. Live and learn is my motto.x

I only discovered it because I fancied some squirty cream on my 0pp jelly & bananas at grandma's on Saturday haha.

I went with a microwaves pink & white and a ww toffee & vanilla ice cream.

I'm just so used to being busy now, I have to do something when I've got free time.
Ive got a whole list of books I wanna read, crafts I wanna do, tv shows to get up to date with, tidying and decorating I want doing. But I never seem to have enough time, or when I do, enough energy lol.

I might give a 2 miler a go. But I definitely felt her 1 mile, just no to the extent of getting a sweat on. I'll try a 2 mile today and see how I get on.

I'm sure you'll be fine on Thursday.
Get in some more Leslie, burn off some of those calories from the weekend. I know old points don't quite work the same as new ones, but I'm sure earning activity points wouldn't hurt.

I love to be busy too, you've probably noticed that I'm a bit of a busy bee too! I always wish that I had a free day but when I had my op before I started WW I was meant to be on a months bed rest from the Monday but I only lasted till the Friday, oops! X

I used to be able to just waste my day doing nothing - although felt really guilty about it, but just couldn't be bothered to do anything about it.
But now, it feels weird having nothing to do.
 
So what made u wake up 1 morning and think rite thats it im guna do sumthing bout my weight? For me it was the binging every nite and im talking sandwiches,cereal,choc,crisps anything i could get my hands on. Then people started telin me my hips was huge and i honestly had 1 pair of leggins that i could wear.now i dont think about bingin coz im on here talkin to u girls and time just flies.x
 
Today.
Extremely reluctant to get out of bed this morning, but I got there.
Decided to walk as it was sunny, and to get my steps up a bit.
Walked into the gym and could've sworn I saw my best friend already there.
Got a bit closer and it wasn't her at all.
Just somebody that looks freakishly like her.

I finished in the gym about 10 past 9, so had some time to kill before body conditioning at 930, so stood outside in the glorious sunshine until it started to make me feel sick, so I went in.
I was a wee bit hungry too, so that didn't help the class.
I probably put in about 70% effort into class, which I wasn't happy with myself about, but it was extremely tough and the whole hungry thing didn't help.
Lesson learnt though - don't do gym followed by class. At least not without eating in between.
I didn't think it would be an issue, as I've done classes back to back before and not had a problem.

Anyway, got home, mum was like "where've you been?" and I replied "the gym & a class of course".
She then said "Oh... I thought you were still in bed. Was just about to come wake you up, stop you from wasting the day in bed"
Haha. Bless her.
I'd left before she got home from work, and because I'd walked, my car was on the drive, so she thought I was still sleeping. I wish lol.

Then we decided to go shopping in a nearby town.
At some point during the afternoon, I must've squished the reset button on my pedometer as it had started back at 0 steps and 0 AP even though I'd walked about 4500 steps so far this morning and earned 12 AP. Was gutted.
I've since managed to start earning APs through walking, and need 2029 steps to earn one, so I'm currently on 14 AP.

Was gonna do Leslie Sansone today, but my dad turned up this afternoon and I really didn't fancy doing it in front of him, so I worked on choosing a design for my best friend's mum's birthday card for tomorrow. I couldn't decide on one, so I drew about 10 out and asked my mum, and got one picked.
Haven't coloured it yet, but about to do that once I've finished this post.
Shall put up a pic when it's done, see what you guys think.

Youth club went quickly - I get so busy that I forget to have my fruit in the middle when the Young People are having their tuck shop haha.

I walked to youth club as well as it was a nice evening.
I've had my shorts on all day, but glad I switched to my jeans as it was getting a bit cooler.

Lunch was another tortilla pizza.
Am absolutely loving them.
And dinner tonight was a special chow mein frozen ready meal for just 10pp.
It's a slightly bigger portion than the WW ready meals, so justifies being a couple of extra points.
I had 15 left anyway, so didn't mind spending out so much on one meal.

Pudding was a WW strawberry ice cream (2pp) and a gold bar (3pp), but I'm still fancying eating, so gonna have my fruit snacks from YC.
I don't think watching Chopped on the Food Network is helping though lol.

The thing that got me was seeing my pics from Newquay last April.
I looked hideous.
And so I tried doing SW, but I got bored with the little variety and then christmas happened and it just didn't work.
Then a couple of months ago mum suggested doing a calorie counting style and I just thought - yeah... let's give WW a go and it just clicked.

Bit of both.
Often ate takeaways.
Ate lots of cake and chips and biscuits.
Sometimes I'd boil the kettle for a bit of hot water for dunking biscuits (don't like tea or coffee) and could easily eat half a packet in one sitting.
Just ate whenever I felt like it, even if I wasn't hungry.
Very often just boredom eating.

And thanks.
Just need to keep up with it once I get to goal.
I'm thinking of dropping a few lbs below my 10stone goal, then that way I've got a bit of freedom with my weight, so if I do fancy a takeaway, I can.
Just need to remember portion sizes.
Order smaller or split with someone.
