Everyone has a fat friend... I don't want to be yours! 2013...

Awww nettie - you have had a good day hun - your feeling like me at the mo but dont give up. You dont want to go back to that horrible place called FAT - your doing so well. Keep at it just try and make sure you have some brekkie I know it can be hard but you have to make time for you.

Were all here for support for you chick - its 1 bad day and you have had a hectic weekend. Have a relaxing bath tonight and chill. Take some time out tomorrow is another day.xx chin up chick come on we can do this dont leave me with a mate less to post to :D

aww texty you made me cry! lol
I am going to try so hard to get over this and just carry on, I am desperate to lose this weight once and for all xx

Nettie what you are saying is just what I was saying to my hubby on the way out of the gym "I'm sticking to it100%, I've gymmed 4 times and Zumbad twice. Drank lots of fluids. Hardly any change this week I think. Grrrr. I know though I have to view my loss at end of jan so I can get a good picture of true loss. I would love a big loss to motivate me but I'm just not the type who does that. When I used to so Sw weighing one woman lost 14 (yes fourteen) pounds in a week!!!! Keep on it it will go.

Ps your room looks great - and in one weekend! I'm very impressed!!

I really want to start running but I'm scared as I have heard on here people say they have gained when doing exercise and I know that if I gain now I will just give in!

Yeah I am pleased with the bedroom, once my OH starts something he wont stop until its done, he was painting until 12pm on the saturday and then we were up and out by about 10am on the sunday to get the accessories and then to ikea for bedisde cabinets. There are never any unfinished jobs in our house, he loves to see the finished product.. men hey! xx

My hubby is a site manager and used to be a builder. Great as he can make tables / put in patio doors/ move walls / fit kitchens BUT unlike your OH he likes the instant change and never quite finishes so I'm snapping at his heels trying to get him to finish one job before the next one.

I've starred jogging but knees do hurt. I will put lack of loss (if it is) down to exercise haha!!! It'll be worth it when my legs are toned and buff (currently jellyesque and dimply)!

My OH is a self employed IT technitian and does DIY as a hobby really, he has done everything from laying laminate floor, tiling the whole bathroom, fitting carpets, putting down decking.. etc etc. He rang me at work once and said, "you need to make your own way home, I'm just replastering the kitchen!" He had never done plastering in his life! It looked so good! Everyone at work is very jealous as they wait months for their OH to do jobs and I cant stop mine from changing things.

One of the girls I manage has been running for a few months and her knees have started hurting, she went to sports direct for some new trainers and they suggested she bought Karrimore ones and some running socks, she only got them yesterday so she is going to see how she gets on xx

Yes think I may need some new ones although think the 14 stone bouncing up and down on top of them doesn't help - but I will keep going!!!!

Good evening all!
Firstly... thanks soooo much for your lovely words last night. I woke up this morning feeling extra crap but I know that if I give up now I'll be back in a few months time feeling worse and being fatter. I have to do this NOW.
I've had a pretty good day today, been very productive at work, got loads of paper work done and some other stuff I didn't plan to do... I won't bore you with Parent Participation Strategies lol! I have also has a good day food wise and even made time for breakfast. Weigh in day is Thursday and I am crossing everything for a loss, even just 1lb will do!
You all had a good day today?

So today has been a red day and I've had....

Breakfast: mixed melon
Lunch: tomato soup and ham and cheese wholemeal sandwich (2 hex b and 2 hex a)
packet of quavers (4.5)
Tea: Pork chops, red cabbage fried with bacon, roast swede (cut into chips), carrots, broccoli and cauliflour
Snacks: Special K crisp crackers... omg these are amazing but once you open them you cant stop (9 syns worth!)
Fruit salad: water melon, grapes, kiwi, pineapple, apple topped with 2 passion fruits (was delicious)
Drinks: 2 litres of NAS vimto and 3 cups of tea

I am also having a red day tomorrow and have the whole day planned :)

Hi nettie - your day sounds more structured today and well done on the brekkie. Ive bought some kelloggs special K crackers too lol the same as you. I split my box into 4 as best I could as there are 20syns in the whole box so i figured split em into 4 and each bag is 5 syns.

Im so glad you didnt give up - you can do it and it just shows you really want to as you came back stronger today. Im sure in the past you would have given in??

So ...... stick at it and go for them scales you will have a loss xx

In the past I would have definitely given up by now, the longest I have done the plan was for 3 months about 6 and a half years ago and I lost anearly 2 and a half stone. I felt so good then went and got pregnant, which was planned, and when I restarted this time I was almost 3 stone heavier than the day I got pregnant... thats just disgusting!
I just need to get over the days when I am feeling down and just get on with it, I struggle with emotions quite a lot. I have had to learn to talk about things to handle them as I used to self harm and it was such a difficult addiction to get away from. If I have a slip, which can be caused by really minor things some days, my emotions go into over drive.
Thanks again for yesterday hun... the tissues were much appreciated and my nose is still soft lol xx

Lol your most welcome hun anytime xx Glad your still here to carry on your journey

You're a star... a great big shiny sparkly one! Thanks for helping me to stay on track x

Keep going nettie I really enjoy your diary- we can all do it if we help each other. Only half off for me despite working hard and sticking to it. Been a bit was but am determined I'll have a bigger loss next week !!!
