I love it when things get too big. Didn't know there was a clothes swap section on here - could you point me in the right direction?

UH OH.... 1lb gain this week Never mind its a new week, just popped to asda and bought lots of fruit for tomorrow and we're going full food shopping tomorrow so going to plan some meals and lunches for work. I bought some fruit tea bags the other day, I got pear and vanilla which is delicious... if any of you have a morrisons near by its one of their own boxes and they were only 75p for 20 tea bags. I also got honey, vanilla and camomile but I haven't tried those ones yet.

thanks ladies, to be fair I am very lucky as that's 2 weeks that I have been on and off, just not been prepared at all and not even tried. It will be off next week, I am determined to drop another dress size and throw more clothes away lol x

I've had a red day today:
Breakfast: mixed fruit salad (kiwi, water melon, melon, grapes and pineapple) with 2 whole meal toast (hex B x2 and 2 syns)
Lunch: ham and tomato omelette with mixed salad (lettuce, onion, tomato and cucumber)
Tea: SW lamb curry and vegetables
Syns: quavers 4.5
squares 4.5

I haven't had my tea yet, took Holly to her swimming lesson (she got her second badge and certificate today) then we had to go food shopping so not been home very long.
One of our sessional workers noticed that I have lost weight today :)

Hi nettie - you've had a busy day hun. Go Holly well done :D . Its lovely when people start noticing your losing weight it makes you feel its all worthwhile
 
Hi texty. Holly did fab at swimming, so proud of her. I don't get to go to her lessons every week so when I do go I can really see her getting loads better and much more confident.
It feels so good when people notice my weight loss, the lady I was speaking to has lost 3 stone by eating healthy and exercising, she does 20k on her exercise bike every day which I believe is 12.4 miles! I really need to get some exercise in, I plan on joining the gym but don't want to go on my own, I need to wait for a time when my friend can come too... or do I just bite the bullet and go!? ooo its so scary! x
 
Im like you, I dont get any exercise and I keep waiting for daughter to say lets go swimming, as I wont go alone. Maybe I should just bite the bullet too... I did it when I started Zumba I went there alone and it didnt bother me. Or .... maybe ill just get an exercise bike lol

Evening all. How's everyone's day been? I've had a driving lesson today... test on Monday and I am not feeling hopeful at all, I know the nerves are going to get to me but I am going to go with a can do attitude and hopefully that will help. I know I can drive and that I am more than ready but I get so flipping nervous in test situations. Ste is still painting away so I spent the day there with him today or we wouldn't have really seen him over the weekend. Holly took her toys there and Tyler is spending the weekend at his dads.
Todays food has been on plan but as usual there has been no weekend routine or planning at all!
Breakfast: a cup of dr. Stuart's slimming tea
Lunch: packet of chicken fridge raiders (2.5 syns) and a packet of quavers (4 syns), 3 cups of coffee (hex a)
Tea: roasted carrots, cauliflower, broccoli and 2 fish in parsley sauce (4)
I am going out to Ste's grans soon and when I get back I am going to have a toasted pitta bread with cheese for my HEX B's and other HEX A

Good luck for your test - I was a bag of nerves too. In the hr before the test I made every possible mistake and used every conceivable swear word possible BUT I somehow managed to pass lol!!

Just take it easy and I'm sure u will do fine xx
 
Aww you will do well on Monday nettie - you should have tried some rescue remedy hun it does help. Just think of it as another lesson with a new instructor :D

Ill keep my fingers crossed for you hun.
 
Thanks ladies, I am going to take one of my beater blockers which are for my panic attacks in a hope that they will relax me. I have to do it! There is no reason for me to fail so lets wait and see. I feel sick just thinking about it :/
 
Try and relax tomorrow evening, do something to take your mind off it. Test situations are nerve racking at the best of times, it took me 3 attempts to pass.
 
Tomorrow is dooms day and I feel really shaky and sick already, I could cry :cry:
