Everyone has a fat friend... I don't want to be yours! 2013...

Thanks Hun, the ultimate goal seems to be so far away but these smaller goals seem do-able x

...and all those little goals add up til 'shebang' we are at goal!!! I set LOADS of little goals - 5%, 10%, 1 stone, half stone, in the 14s, 13s etc, plus have treats set at each stage (as well as my £2 per lb savings plan). At 1 stone my treat is nice smellies!

The treats are a good idea, I do need to buy some new jeans and trousers as mine have gone too big. I'm just a bit concerned as my thighs haven't got any smaller (I don't think) Just tried on a pair of jeggings I've had in my wardrobe for a few months and they fit me really well, they are a smaller size so I'm really pleased. I'm going shopping with a friend on Monday so I'll get new stuff then, can't wait x

WELL DONE nettieeeeeeeeeeeee thats fab hun. I think your doing fab, cant wait to hear what you have treated yourself too hun x

Thanks so much for the encouragement and support ladies, it really is keeping me going! I couldn't do this without you all. I'm on a red day today, got weetabix and lots of fruit for breakfast and to snack on. I'm in a meeting over lunch time and I've not prepared for that yet. Going to have salmon and salad for tea and my syns will be used on crisps and mikado. Hope everyone has a good day, speak to you all to tonight x

Hi Everyone!
Ok so yesterday: another RED day
Breakfast: greek coconut muller light (1 syn?) and an apple
Lunch: strawberries, plum, grapes, apple and banana with a packet of wotsits (4.5)
Tea: chicken and salad
Drinks: 2 cups of coffee
Wasn't a very good day, no B choices at all but didn't have much time for food, was in a meeting 9-11:45 then another meeting 12-2, then I had a full days work to do in 2.5 hours!

Today I am having a green day... I really fancy some SW chips!
Breakfast: apple, Satsuma and a cup of coffee
Lunch: Beans and boiled egg on toast (1x hex B)
Tea: SW chips, corn on the cob and home made veggie pizza on either wholemeal pitta or wholemeal roll (need to get these from asda later)
Syns: Will be crisps I think
Drinks: I aim to drink at least 4 pints of NAS as my water intake is really low recently

Anyone got any plans for today? I am off on my driving lesson soon, then popping into work as Ste is there painting, then I'm going to my dads for a few hours. I've bought a few new books on my kindle (Kerry Wilkinson books- my fav!) so I shall get stuck into one of those when I get home xx

Hi hun - the coconut greeks are 0.5 so your cheating yourself out of syns lol. Sounds like you have a busy day. Im having a lazy one, still in my pjs and not getting dressed. Lads are at the footie today so I plan to just chill and try and get rid of this horrible head cold :-( I hope your lesson goes well

Hello! Lesson went really well... that blumming test is getting closer and closer though! (its on the 18th but ssshhhh its a secret lol) if ste tries to mention it I tell him not to talk about it because it makes me feel physically sick! I've not been home long, my dad has gone to help ste with the painting so I picked the kids up and took them to asda to get stuff to make pizzas and they chose some cake mixes, a chocolate milkshake and a magazine each and they have now taken over my bedroom- put their pj's back on and are sat watching cartoons in my bed with the dog!
Looks like a very peaceful day for me! The kids have also planned the day tomorrow... get up, go cemetery to take my mum some flowers, come home and put our pj's back on and do some baking. Then I am off work on Monday woooo hooo!

Glad the lesson went well hun. Im sure the test will be a breeze for you. Awww sounds like a lush day with the kids.

Im off on Monday too whoop

Thanks ladies... knew I could trust you with my secret lol
I am actually really bored now, Holly and Tyler are being very well behaved and just keep popping down stairs every now and again when they want something. They will be wanting to make pizzas soon though.

Ohhh I forgot to tell you... I am now officially a size smaller in my tops! Bought 2 new ones from Tesco last night just to try and they are a perfect fit. Got a blouse for work which is blue with silver bird print and I got a cream vest top the front of it is paisley print lace. I have ordered some jeans from online so fingers crossed they fit me as all my trousers are falling off my waist but don't feel any smaller on my thighs.

I have also got a gym buddy! Off to join the gym at a local school next week, its £25 a month including all classes so going to give spinning a go. My friend mentioned it first but said she doesn't want to go on her own so I offered to go along too.

You got any plans for Monday texty? I am off shopping all day with my friend (I say friend but she is older than me, she looked after me when my mum was ill and when she died but then moved away) Hoping to get some new clothes and probably pick up a few extra bits for Tyler's birthday xx

Ill use Monday to clean the house which is what I planned to do today lol. Not exciting but it needs doing, OH does most of the housework for me but I like to move things when I hoover lol you know what I mean. I have a town house so it takes a lot of cleaning haha

Your shopping day sounds great hun, im hoping to look for stuff for my hols tomorrow when im out with daughter ( if I can be bothered) It doesnt matter that your friend is older hun it matters that you are close and you can shop together. Im pretty much the oldest out of my group of friends almost the granny to some lol

There is nothing worse than cleaning... to be fair I never clean. As I work full time and Ste works part time, he does all the cleaning whilst I'm at work, including the washing and everything and he cleans to a much better standard than me! Be careful and don't over do it, you don't want your back getting any worse!
I love my friend dearly, I was friends with her daughters initially so I would sleep over at their house when my mum was in hospital or having a really bad day. They all moved to Norfolk about a year after my mum died and we lost touch until I was about 18 then one day she just turned up on my door step and although she still lives in Norfolk I see her about 4 or 5 times a year as she comes to see her mum. I have such a nice time with them.. probably sounds weird but at my age (28) girls are usually really close to their mums but as I don't have one, spending time with my friend makes me feel kinda normal!

Awww thats lovely hun its amazing that she just turned up at your door thats fate for you.

Yeh OH normally does most of the cleaning as we both work full time - I do all the cooking he can only do stuff like bacon sausage, frozen pizzas and beans in the microwave lol. I cant complain as he does more around the house than me. He does all his own ironing too and so does son.

Afternoon everyone! Not a good day today at all. Went to the cemetery to take some flowers for my mum- got myself into total meltdown and ive eaten half a packet of chocolate biscuits and 2 packets of hula hoops! Damn emotional eating.... Will I ever be able to control it without stuffing myself stupid!! I am going to do the biggest loser DVD later, try and get rid of the calories and this pent up frustration. Hope everyone is having a better day than I am! Be back later when I am in a better mood xx

Don't worry it's understandable. Put it behind you, do your DVD and don't be hard on yourself. Remember you're only human! I think we all expect too much of ourselves. It's normal to meltdown sometimes - and necessary. Worse is holding it in - believe me!!

Big (((hugs))) nettie - dont be so hard on yourself hun. Today is a day for sharing and remembering - I said a few words to my mam this morning too and got all teary. I had my Nandos with chips and ive had a Daim Bar and the day isnt over yet. Chin up hun tomorrow is another day, and if you cant have a meltdown today of all days then you wouldnt be human. xx

Thanks so much for your kind words ladies, feeling utter pants right now- got a beef casserole in the slow cooker but all I wanna eat is bad stuff. I've tried so hard for Holly and Tyler today and had the cutest conversation with Holly this mornings. I said that it was Ok if they didn't want to walk to the cemetery which is about a 15 minute walk as it was really cold and snowing and that we could go tomorrow after school, Holly said, "We didn't know nana coz she was in heaven all that time but I bet she would have come out in the snow to see us. And mummy its ok if you get sad today its ok coz me and Tyler would be sad if you was in heaven with nana." Brought a tear to my eye, bless her.
They have been so good today, I think they can tell I'm a little fragile xx
