Yes you need to do the add a meal thing at the end of week 4, there is a list of foods and the amount of calories you can have on one of the pages in the little booklet (white booklet - page 16). You will still lose that week and should find a boosted weight loss the week after when you go back to TS. I have done another 4 weeks after that and then decided to do another add a meal week this week. My evening meals tend to be either a small piece of chicken breast, turkey breast or some kind of fish (trout on tuesday) but only about the size of a pack of playing cards, plus 4 diff veg (cauli, broccoli, cabbage and mangetout at the mo) and I usually flavour it with soy sauce just to give it a bit of an edge. I actually forgot to have the rest of my bar last night as I was full after my dinner. If you have any more questions feel free to ask, if I know - I will share!
