Exercise - 30 day shred

I went into our family room and closed the curtains as there is building going on in the field behind our house :)

Question for those that own this dvd, do is involve "laying on the floor" exercises? e.g lie on your back and lift your legs in the air kinda things.
 
Thanks Lisa, I suffer from bad back problems so didnt want to buy the DVD and then not use it.
 
I would maybe avoid this one ... My Physio has told me I can do 2 days on and 1 day off due to my ankle
 
Oh Poop, I've already ordered it from Amazon lol. Oh well see how it goes.
 
Well I would maybe adapt it a little bit... Use low weights and don't do it every day to start xx
 
Just done my first 20 min stint of the dvd, gets your heart going doesnt it! Dread to think what level 2 and 3 are like....
Had to adapt one or two exercises for my back when lying down, but wasnt too much of a problem.
Now the hard part of doing it as often as I can.

Yeah well done... I have to adapt some to with my ankle.. Physio told me to keep one level 1 until they okay it... But I am feeling the benefits.. I am actually a bit sad that I am not allowed to do sweaty exercise for a week after getting my eyes lasered on sat.... Gonna be hard going back ... I am really pleased you managed it :)

Eerm I can't do them either for no other reason than I just can not do them haha :)
 
I do the press ups on my knees, I cant do the whole body ones yet, i dont have the strength!
Lex you will have to do one handed ones then ;) lol.

It hurts my knees :(

Hmmm yeah like that's happening!!!!!
 
I lie on the rug and sometimes use a pillow under my back for doing sit ups and things, helps a little bit.
 
So after only completing the dvd once....pathetic arent I lol. I'm going to start again this week, I pulled my hip out in the snow pulling our little girl along on a sledge (obviously used muscles I havent for a while) so now its healed up it's time to sweat!
