Exercise and CC

Hey,

Due to having 3 kids, getting to classes/gym is pretty difficult.

I'm going to collect games for the Wii/Xbox and try and go to Zumba class on a Monday.

But I walk about 4 miles a in total just to the school and back.

My question is... even if I'm not at the gym every week, will I still make considerable losses over time?

Yep. I was quite ill for a while so had no energy to do exercise. Was in bed most of the time to be honest. But still counting calories. Still had losses of between 1 and 2.5lbs :)
 
Oh I was over 13.5 stones then, so a little more than you, but still should have decent losses!
 
Yep :) I lost two stone just doing things at home before i dared hit the gym. Wii, walking, biking with the kids. The trampoline is FAB if you have one? Really gets the heart rate going after a bit!! Even just running up and down the stairs ten times twice a day. And you can do a few crunches every morning and night :) there's lots of toning exercises on YouTube you can do with tin cans while tea is cooking lol.
