1 hour walking for me ( more like clambering through the woods) have been picking Barlauch aka wild garlic. It is a real delicacy in Austria and makes a fab risotto.
As you will see my exercise levels have dipped in March after a great start in Feb. I had a months free gym membership as a trial and have decided not to take it up. The gym is 40 mins away and I am not confident I will keep it up when the novelty has worn off. I would have to commit for a year.
So I have decided to give kettlebells a try. Sent for a DVD today but need some advice. What weight do I start with? Reading on the net there appear to be different schools of thought. Can anyone help?
