Extra Easy: Fresh Start!

Morning everyone! Very colde today ere and I'm out and about for work today. I didnt eat anything last night after my dinner because I was so stuffed and was bloated all night but atleast I saved the syns. I am goign away tomorrow to try on and collect my wedding dress and then I'm going to belfast on friday and staying over night with my mum, sister and 2 aunties. I know we will be out for dinner and drinking so I will be over syns that dat so I will try and save some now for then.

Red day
Breakfast:
2 x LM sausages, 2 x bacon, coffee

Snack:
coffee and 2 x alpen light (HEB)

Lunch:
2 x nimble (heb), egg and LM sausage, yogurt (free) and orange, red sauce (1syn)

Not sure what to have for dinner yet but I have used all my HEB's so I am thinking maybe asda sweet chilli cod and carrots/bacon and chicken in a quark sauce with carrots

So i was in really late as i went shopping after work as there was no food in our house lol! All stocked and set for a good weightloss.

Dinner:
Chicken, bacon, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms cooked in stock with quark added at the end....delicious!!

And only had one syn today!

Good evening minimins! Wat a busy day i have had! Firstly i had weigh in this morning and LOST 2.5lb!!! So pleased. Then i went to get my wedding dress which turned out was now a size too big...chuffed to bits with it tho! I went for lunch with girls and had open steak sandwich and chips so i will have fun synning that! But i cleaned all afternoon and im having a bath, putting on jammies and chillin in front of the tv.

Extra easy
Breakfast:
35g porridge, yogurt and raspberries
Coffee

Lunch:
Steak, onions, mushrooms, chips (6.5syns), ciabatta bread (10syns) and cheese hea

Dont know what to have for dinner but it will b syn free!!

Good afternoon mini's. I had a great time in Belfast, done some shopping and went to the xmas markets and drank some apple cider. I'm home now and very tired today and I have just left OH to the pub. I wasnt great yesterday but I ate some lovely food.

Breakfast:
2 x fried eggs, 2 x LM sausages, red sauce (1syn)
coffee

Lunch:
burger with goats cheese, mayo, sundried tomatoes, jalpenos (10syns?)
cherry and custard danish (20syns?)

dinner:
Goats cheese salad
Haddock fritters and chips
peanut and chocolate tart
red wine

I dont know how you would begin to syn so I'm not going to try!!

Today - Green
Breakfast:
2 x brown toast (HEB), beans and coffee

Lunch:
pineapple, sw chips, onion, mushroom, tomatoes, cheese (HEA), salad cream (1syn) and sweet chilli sauce (1syn)

Dinner (PLAN):
sw chips, 2 x LM sausages, mushy peas, onions, mushrooms and curry sauce (4syns)

Nice lazy sunday now after an hour long walk.

Breakfast:
Gammon, fried egg, tomato and beans
Coffee

Lunch:
Pasta bake with mince, peppers, onion and casserole veg, cheese (HEA)
pineapple and coffee

Dinner:
sw chips, uncle ben's egg fried rice (2.5syns) and chicken curry in mayflower sauce (4syns)

I will try and snack on fruit throughout the day to up my superfree after my bad days on thursday and friday, but I may also have a 2 x alpen lights as my HEB with a cup of tea :)

Just to update I had an alpen light with a banana and a cereal bar (3syns). Total syns = 9.5 :)
 
Morning everyone! I have been a busy bee this morning. I had to go and get £10 shopping for our xmas good deed for work (giving food to a food bank) and I also popped into Marks and Spencer to get this chunky steak that's free on red days. Then I went to lift my xmas tree thst my aunt has kindly given us and now I'm in work and have just had my breakfast. I am really trying to claw back from the eating and drinking on Friday as I had 3lb on when I weighed myself on Sunday morning :( I'd be happy if I STS, just dont want a gain! Today is a red day and most of this week will be. Looking forward to getting home this evening so I can get the house cleaned and get my xmas tree up.
