Morning everyone! Very colde today ere and I'm out and about for work today. I didnt eat anything last night after my dinner because I was so stuffed and was bloated all night but atleast I saved the syns. I am goign away tomorrow to try on and collect my wedding dress and then I'm going to belfast on friday and staying over night with my mum, sister and 2 aunties. I know we will be out for dinner and drinking so I will be over syns that dat so I will try and save some now for then.

Breakfast:
2 x LM sausages, 2 x bacon, coffee
Snack:
coffee and 2 x alpen light (HEB)
Lunch:
2 x nimble (heb), egg and LM sausage, yogurt (free) and orange, red sauce (1syn)
Not sure what to have for dinner yet but I have used all my HEB's so I am thinking maybe asda sweet chilli cod and carrots/bacon and chicken in a quark sauce with carrots
