Extra Easy to a leaner me!

You're doing so well and whilst it's not showing on the scales at the moment think how much kinder you are being to your body than you were before. You stopped smoking, stopped drinking and have stopped binging. That in itself is brilliant. It's a pi$$er though and you deserve so much more. Lots of Essex girl love being sent your way xxxxxx
 
FRIDAY - GREEN DAY

Had a treat for the first time in 5 weeks. My niece took me out for lunch. I ordered a huge all day breakfast with toast and milky coffee. I didn't want it all but I ate it and although I was stuffed up to the nostrils it was nice to have bread and naughty fried food again, and not a syn was counted!.

My motivation is low but I'm carrying on. There's still no solid answers has to why I've maintained 2 weeks on the trot when I've been 100%. But if I don't have a decent loss next Friday I don't know if SW will continue to be the plan for me. I'm hoping and praying that I'll lose because I don't know any other plan that I'm comfortable with like I am SW. It's such a bluddy p!sser!!

Anyway first day of being on green. I've really, really enjoyed my food although I'm more massively bloated than normal but that's probably eating bread for the first time in about 3 months.

A) 350ml skimmed milk
A) 40g reduced fat cheese
B) 60g wholemeal bread
B) hi fi bar

Breakfast;
Nothing

Lunch;
Treat fry up

Tea;
Mushy peas and SW chips, pickled onions and beetroot.

Syns/Snacks

Noodles
Pink grapefruit
Cappuccino muller light

I'm full to bursting. I really need a better week now diet wise and health wise too.

SATURDAY - GREEN DAY

Beautiful day today. Walked into town with T bought potatoes and quorn roast and cheese and fruit. Had coffee and a caramelised biscuit in a little pavement cafe - was so nice.

Went to our little local pub on the way back and had a few diet cokes chatted with the locals played with the resident pooch 'Kiki' :)

I'm really enjoying being back on green days forgot how much I enjoyed them.

SUNDAY - GREEN DAY

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!! :) :) :)

Had a lovely day. Feel utterly spoiled and loved. T cooked a gorgeous quorn roast Sunday dinner and the only naughties was a large piece of coffee and walnut birthday cake - it was worth every syn!!.

Enjoyed my food again today. Still feel bloated but that's to be expected because I've not been having gluten. Was nice to have cake again though :) will have to go easy on the syns now though.

I decided to follow your diary this evening, and although I'm new to SW, I do know fair bits about nutritional and calorific intake etc. I hope you don't mind me saying, but you seem to skip breakfast quite a bit, and have an extremely light lunch, do you count your calories? Only are you eating enough? Eating too little will also have an effect on weight loss, in the sense that our bodies metabolism will slow down immensely and store fat more easily.

Have you tried My Fitness Pal? As that also provides you will all of the other important nutritional information, not just nr of calories?

You name it I been on it!!, including calorie counting through myfitnesspal. I very rarely have breakfast because of my medication I suffer from RLS and insomnia so I'm not up around breakfast most days and the light lunch is basically my breakfast x I did count a typical SW days calories a couple of weeks back and it was over 2000 :) x

Pushed myself to do lots of body magic today (well lots for me anyway) did the normal housework then laced up my trainers and walked into town. Purposefully walked the long way round and walked the long way home through the park, keeping up the pace even though my joints where hurting.
The scales are showing a 2lb gain like they have for the previous 2 Tuesdays, which in turn have ended up showing a maintain on Friday. If this happens again on Friday I will be completely clueless of what to do next and pretty much p!ssed off!.

Just don't get it. I'm showing a gain too - but mine is deserved from the weekend. I bet you do have a loss by Friday x

Another long walk today. Had a short crop done at the hairdressers and have basically kept myself busy. Desperately hoping the scales will budge.
